Fabulous Stay

There is a lot to love about this hotel. It is the perfect location, everything is within walking distance. It has great staff and great service - we had a small issue one day with our room and the way they made it up to us was exceptional .... it was easy to trust them to take care of us when we saw this type of response. The room was large and comfortable and we also had access to the Exec lounge which was well stocked for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Location can't be beat

The location is awesome. You can walk from your hotel to all downtown areas with no need of public transportation, uber or to pick up your car from parking.

Autumn at the front desk was extremely helpful. She helped us sort out a bill issue without even being directly asked to do so, and she was also very nice when we lost our room key. We appreciated her very much.

The Pros:
Location can't be beat. Can get drunk (if that is your thing) at all the bars and safety walk 120 seconds from the bar to the hotel.
I had 10th floor internal and found it to be very quiet. A lot of reviews talked about the noise, but I did not have any noise issues.
The valet parking worked well and I had no problems or long waits. It was expensive, but it worked very well.
The executive lounge was well stocked and enjoyable.
The pillows were awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Shower was hot and had good pressure.
The AC actually worked and worked well.
Internet speed was good.

The items which could be improved:
Not so great coffee maker in room. For a hotel of this cost, I have come to expect a keurig type machine.
No usb ports. Not kidding. Not one usb port anywhere in the whole room. There was one connected to the terrible bedside clock, but it did not work. In today's world- that really needs to be upgraded. It was like a flashback to the past.
Breakfast was a little confusing...in the app it stated if you choose breakfast as your "my way" go to the lobby and tell the host at the buffet...but they will then tell you that if you have breakfast chosen as your "my way", you should go to the executive lounge (which I already had access to anyway). I was fine with the lounge breakfast, the compliant was only that it was not really clear at all.

Overall, it was a great stay in a great location. I would stay again. The ease of parking the car and never having to worry again the whole time I am downtown is hard to beat.

Great place to rest with easy access to all that is Nashville happening

What a lovely hotel with lots of clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff caring for you while there. Room service was lovely, staff were accommodating for all requests made. The bathroom was updated, spacious and clean.

I attended a meeting at the Conference Center and this hotel was in easy walking distance of the meeting in early April 2019. One evening there was an event immediately outside the hotel that one could attend and then exit to one's room where it was quiet and relaxing and just watch the events from my windows. This hotel is walkable to numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Overall this hotel is highly recommended.

Nice Hotel, Quality Service, needs quieter windows

The Hilton was one of the first hotels in the downtown built at the very beginning of the renaissance in downtown. The last time I was here was 2008. Nothing about the hotel has changed in terms of high quality service, good food, nicely appointed rooms, and great location. The only problem I had was that my room was on the facing the river which also meant facing near Broadway. At night you heard the combined roar of the base from the live bands playing at the bars. If you are planning to see a game and go out after you probably won’t care since your ears will be ringing anyway.

If you can get a room facing the CMHF it will be quieter, except when there is a Preds playoffs or a festival in the park, but it won’t go on as long as Broadway.

Still a good hotel.

great location and great room!

Check in was a breeze, and even though I booked through Delta Vacations, they still welcomed me as a Hilton gold member, no points, but that's ok. The location is wonderful, with access to everything within walking radius. The breakfast and happy hour executive lounge was wonderful, with great staff at each sitting, remember to leave a tip, they work hard. The room (606) had a great view, and even though partying goes on until the wee hours, was totally quiet.
