How to Get There
Great spot in the heart of Nashville. The food was excellent and the staff at the Hilton was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. One block your on Broadway with all the live music you can handle
We were in town for a concert at the symphony center. If you are going to an event at Bridgestone or Schermerhorn Symphony Center, this is the place to stay. Doesn't get any more convenient than crossing the street. And you are within walking distance of many other places.
Service was a little disappointing. Valets and check in as an individual job were fine. But they failed to communicate, i.e., I had to tell people where to bring my bags. And if you are they type that likes to get up and leave early (6 AM) you are lucky to find anyone. Plus, the executive lounge doesn't set out their breakfast until 0630. So not too traveler friendly.
If you don't mind a few blocks walk, there are better places.
I had super long flights from Alaska to Nashville and Timothy checked me in and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I could possibly need. He didn’t have to go above and beyond, but the fact that he did made my entire stay fantastic. Timothy also worked with his peers at the front desk to take care of my coworker and make sure she got the same level of hospitality when she checked into her room. He remembered us later in our stay when we saw him in the elevator and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed at this Hilton before and it wasn’t anything review worthy but thanks to Timothy this will be the only place I stay on my return visits to Nashville.
Just had a great check in experience with Timothy at the front desk, got in early and got a nice corner room which was an upgrade . Usually stay at the Omni but may change to this Hilton with a perfect location to Bridgestone and Broadway.
Timothy was super helpful! We were so glad that he was able to get us into our room a few hours before check in and upgraded our stay besides! We’ve stayed at the Hilton Downtown before, and Timothy is just one of the many reasons we will keep coming back when we visit!
