How to Get There
This hotel appears to have been recently remodeled. And while it looks great in the photos, after spending a weekend here, it is clear that lots of corners were cut during the remake process. Nothing major, just a lot of little things. They went cheap on the beds and many of the amenities that I would normally expect at this price point were missing. 4 star prices in a 2.5 star hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. At $100 a night, this hotel would have been great, but at $200, it left a lot to be desired. For a few more bucks, you can stay at the Westin down the street which is a big jump in quality.
Visited The Chattanoogan for a relaxing 3 day anniversary break. My wife loved the spa and I was able to just relax around the property. It is located with easy access to downtown. Staff was very pleasant. Some renovations were underway while we were there but really didn’t impact us.
Absolutely love this hotel. Very modern accommodations. Large, spacious room with large TV. Staff at check in was very professional, courteous and efficient.
The restaurant prices are reasonable. The only negative would be the wait time for service in the restaurant. But again, the servers were pleasant - jut short handed maybe.
