Fitness Center Situation
Reviewed 23 hours ago

The hotel itself s lovely, although obviously not on the water. My only complaint is the gym. It is open to members as well as guests and HUGE... but the hours are terrible. I understand religious reasons, but for international travel, lots of people are on completely different time zones. Friday - Sunday the gym is open from 0900- 1845. When I did manage to get in there, male personal trainer interrupted my workout to say “hello”. They have a spinning room for classes that I have snuck into a couple of times without getting into trouble... so that was good. 😜

A very pleasant experience

This is a great hotel in a city which is not very well organized for tourists (at least not yet). Spacious rooms, very clean and well preserved, with excellent and discrete housekeeping, sometimes twice a day. All people of the reception and consierge are ready and happy to provide you with info that you need and there is nothing to complain about. We have got an upgrade of room as a member of IHG club, and all my special reqests were fulfilled, although it is clarified that they are subject to availability and situation.
The only small inneficiency was that two out of thre three days we stayed, not all coffies were available in breakfast, which is out of question for a hotel of this level. Everything else convenient, well organized and set for a nice stay.
Many thanks to the hotel team and congratulations.

Location not the best (unless you are in Tel Aviv for business)
Reviewed 1 week ago

It was our first stay in Tel Aviv and we booked the hotel, unfortunately the location is outside of the tourist attractions. The hotel proposes a shuttle each 2 hours to the beach. The room and bathroom are ok, standard level and clean. The windows (in the rooms and restaurant area) are extremely dirty - I understand it rained a week ago, but since then it would have been possible to clean them. Breakfast buffet was ok, not very clean and slightly below international standard (e.g. we had to ask 3 times to get a spoon, tea was forgotten, empty plates and not cleaned...). The small details make an hotel stay special...

Comfortable space
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The room was large, the shower room and the bathtub were separated, it was very convenient and comfortable.
Regarding the toilet, it may be Japan's specification, but I thought that it was even better if there was a washlet.
The location is right in front of the shopping mall and the supermarket and I think that it is in a very convenient place.

Great stay for our last night in Israel

After two weeks traveling, we booked this hotel for the day prior to our leaving. They handled all our requests graciously and professionally. The hotel is quite modern and very well run. The front desk and concierge people were efficient, friendly and very helpful.
