Dirty room
Reviewed 1 week ago

We had a two night stay booked long ago. We arrived early and were willing to store luggage but the woman excitedly said our room was ready. We dropped our bags so did not look as closely as we should have. We could see the carpet was old and a little stained. When we returned in the afternoon and saw it was actually disgusting. Stains all over. The room was dark . The bed in a separate area that was tiny and bed positioned in front of the window so hard to open the drapes. There was no headboard. And if you did get shades open the windows were filthy. At least the bathroom was clean. Tried to get room changed but they were booked. It was so gross. Then the people next door were smoking and loud and staff had to come up at 1am. The staff was not helpful - offered us a free drink as if they would resolve how unclean it was. Next day moved us to another room which was old and dated but at least clean. Gave us a small discount but really we should have been given that first night free. No one else seemed to have any issues so I think they must not use this room regularly as one staff person said the knew how bad it was and that they had been renovating the rooms over time.

Boutique Hotel 1 short block from beach

The Brown Beach Hotel is a boutique hotel situated one block from the beach, close to good restaurants, bars, and shopping (if that is your thing). It has a good cafe, attentive and courteous staff, and is quiet. We did not use the spa. If you like walking to parks and sites of interest this just for you.

Amazing stay- as always

I travel a lot to Tel Aviv and was looking for a hotel that provides everything, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, gym access and a good hotel all round. This hotel has it all. I have now stayed here 3 times in as many months and the hotel never disappoints. The front desk staff and management team are always warm, welcoming and friendly no matter the time of day .... and will welcome you with a glass of champagne on arrival. Should you also need transport from the airport to the hotel. A quick phone call to the hotel and taxi can be arranged.
The added touch of walking you to your room is also very nice.
No matter the request they will always try their best to accommodate and get you what you need. Breakfast is also very good with a wide selection of choices and service always comes with a smile.
Rooms are also very clean and cleaned daily.
Should you need gym access then there is a very well equipped gym a short walk up the road and you get free access via the hotel.
Walking distance to the beach is a great plus point here and also a quick 20 minute walk left out of the hotel takes you to Rothschild street full of bars and restaurants.
Because of all of the above, this hotel will now be my hotel that i will be using every time I travel israel.
Thank you Brown beach House!!!!

We stayed there for 2 nights, was perfect!
My freinds told me we have to come again soon.

I think im gonna come back again at summer time.

We had an amazing breakfest and went to the beach that was very close, and they have a nice bar in the hotel.

Excellent Hotel and lovely staff

A colleague of mine and I booked the Browns beach hotel as we were attending CyberTech in Tel-Aviv. As soon as we got in we were very impressed by the reception we got,the staff was very friendly, offered us a glass of champagne and checked us in. As we had a bit of time and did know Tel-Aviv well, we asked them for advice and all their suggestions were brilliant. The hotel itself is very trendy and super clean. I particularly loved the breakfast room, and if you are lucky you will meet Moses there, who is one of the waiters (you can't miss him, he wear bright red socks ;) ) he was so good with us and brought us all sort of dishes, gave us advice on what to try in the menu and was super nice in general. Another special mention would be for Eden who is the guest relationship manager I believe. That lady is full of energy and did everything she could to make us comfortable. For example one evening we were doing some work in one of the lounge and as she was passing by,she started to have a chat with us. The next thing, was her coming back and offering us coffees, and then as it started to be dark, she brought us lights to make sure we were 100% comfortable working. The hotel was busy, so we did not feel asking her for anything, but she always came forward and helped with a massive smile on her face all the time.. I do travel a lot and stay in many hotels across Europe, US and Asia, but I have to say that I never really get the level of service / relationship as the one we got at the Brown beach hotel!! I would definitely recommend staying there ! !
