Suites and villas
Suites and villas here are expansive, each with its own outdoor Jacuzzi or private infinity pool. They offer a relaxed atmosphere and design, with warm wood and walls tiled with natural stone, all kept cool with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Each comes with a sheltered patio and spacious bathrooms with lovely, large tubs and separate rain showers.Jacuzzi suites feature a large bedroom and outdoor patio apiece, while Jacuzzi villas are the same size, but detached, with a slatted ceiling and garden views. In the Sea Front Pool villa, you get unobstructed ocean views, dining and sunning decks, a private lawn and a separate living room.

How to Get There
We booked the pool villa , beach side and we really enjoyed it .
Bed was comfortable overlooking the pool and beach .
It was quiet and private as well with a well maintained pool . Breakfast was good over looking the beach calm waters .
Lots of greenery around the property and lovely vibe generally .
We will definitely be back !
We stayed here for 2 nights in their pool villa. Very good pool and magnificent view but not a very big room.
Service was nothing great at all considering such a luxury hotel and having paid a bomb. Breakfast was exact same for the 2 mornings we had, wondered if they had food from previous morning. Us being vegetarians and despite telling the F&B Manager in advance there were no vegetarian options in breakfast.. After numerous attempts we were served bad noodles only.
Sarann Hotel people please work on your service and food options considering you charge a lot of money for pool villas. I paid $250 a night!
Booked for 2 nights in the jacuzzi villa. Check-in was fast. We were assigned Villa 201. The air conditioner was not working properly and the wood floor needed repair. (You have to mind your step or you might cut your feet. Mid of the night, the air conditioner was not working so we were moved to room 204 and the air conditioner was even worse. The room temp was higher than outside, so, we were moved again at midnight to room no. 205. The drainage in this room was clogged and the water overflowed. We had to ask several times before each issue was dealt. Breakfast was simple. Salad corner needs to be covered as flies were all over the veggie.
Some of the staff are very helpful especially in the restaurant. Coffee here is very good.
I think the hotel has potential but still needs a lot of improvement.
