How to Get There
Stylish and comfortable. I also loved the bath tube! Too bad the breakfast was held in a dark storage room(temporary location) . I'd expected the spa to have more than 1 swimming pool. Anyway it was a nice stay! Friendly staff too. :)
A really nice hotel, beds are great but only one pillow/person, tidy bathroom but no shower wall and no bathroom mat... nice mini bar in the room but not all ingredience needed to put the signature cocktails togheter... breakfast is all you want but nothing extra and all and all its more of strong 3. But i am in a good mood today...;)
Only nice things to say about the hotel and the staff, with one exception, The Bar Manager was a catastophy!
The only thing me and my group of 14 business trevellers can remember from our stay is the exeptional lack of service and people skills and the rudeness on the Canadian speaking Bar Manager.
I will not visit this hotel again until I'm sure he is gone.
This hotel is very central to Stockholm, the rooms are very short on storage for clothes, hit and miss with replacement of coffee and tea in rooms and if you use their swimming pool you must pay.
Breakfast very good , and it’s a very busy venue.
I stayed at the Clarion Sign, Stockholm for two nights as part of a tour of Scandinavian Capitals. It is well located, being only a five minute walk from Stockholm Central station and is also in good proximity to other Stockholm tourist attractions, although some good walks were required to get around.
The room was quite comfortable, however it was at the end of the longest (and quite dark) hotel hallway I have ever seen and with some refurbishment activity evident we had to negoitate our way around painters and other trades staff. There also appears to be one set of elevators for the hotel and these can get quite busy at times.
The breakfast buffet options were pleasant enough, however the buffet is only open from 6:30am until 9:30am, which is one of the shortest buffet hours I have experience and as such, there appears to be a surge of guests around 8:30am which means it is quite chaotic and busy and table space is also at a premium.
A few curiosities were that although the room had an ironing board, there was no iron and although tea and coffee facilities were provided, supplies were not replenished as part of the room servicing, so although we paid for two nights, you only get tea and coffee for one night! The wardrobe is also quite small (and low), so if you you are serious about hanging a few items up, there is not much room to do this.
Notwithstanding my previous comments, I would happily stay there again.
