Very good experience
Reviewed 1 week ago

I went with all my friends and we had an excellent experience there.
Breakfast is great and service as well
It's 15 minutes walking distance from the center of the city (during winter can be very boring).
It's very fancy, all the installations are very pretty and pretty new.
All the lights are electronic and you can control everything from one electronic pad.

The views are great, right in front of the sea, but I'm not sure if it's walking distance to the beach.

A unique hotel

This hotel has a unique type of spreading of building so that most of the hotel's guests can enjoy the sea view from their suite.
The reception was quick and polite and their service was very nice.
We came as a large family group (three brothers with their families) to celebrate my mother's birthday. Each brother got two suites which were located around the main building. Our room was large enough with very large bath area .

The food in dinner was pretty good
I believe that the price is a bit too high for hotel such as this one

Lovely hotel

We had a wonderful time at this unique and pampering hotel. The interesting architecture, art and music give it a different feel than your typical hotel. I'm glad we upgraded to a deluxe room as we were happier with its location in the hotel itself as well as the amenities, size, view, etc. The staff were all very professional and eager to please. The breakfast was great, our only complaint about the Saturday morning breakfast was the limited hot options. There was only one hot dish served (a sweet potato quiche) all the rest of the food options were cold (hard boiled eggs, salad, cheeses etc) which were delicious but given the cold winter weather we would have preferred more hot food. Other than that, we had a great time and definitely recommend this hotel!

Very interesting hotel

Stayed a night with my wife
Rooms are spacious and large
Shower no bath
My wife arrived a night before and when I checked in at 14:00 the room was not cleaned and I had to ask twice
Another bad thing was that it was January and the corridors are not heated which is ridiculous so it was freezing when we walked from the reception to the room
Otherwise the food was not the usual you get in an Israeli hotel for the weekend and was quite good
The grounds are beautiful and so is the art which is on display
Be sure to take the tour of the place

A big disappointment !
Reviewed 1 month ago

We were very impressed by the hotel itself, the magnificent view, the building and the artworks that are found at every corner.
The stay itself was a disappointing experience.
The room itself was large and spacious but not clean - for example, we found a shampoo bottle cap in the shower. Moreover, it seems that the shower's glass walls have not been cleaned for a long time.
When we got to the room, we called reception and asked to get two single blankets instead of the double blanket we had. After a long while, someone came with the blankets just as we were about to leave - and we saw that he was carrying the two blankets in his hands, not folded and the sheet of one of them dragging on the floor and the stairs.
Two times during our visit, hotel personal entered our room even-though we had the "do-not-disturb" sign on the door.
During one of the meals we were served water in a very dirty jug. In general, the selection, taste and presentation of the food in the morning and in the evening did not match our expectations from a 5 start hotel. For example, there was no proper vegetable salad only coarsely chopped vegetables (half-cucumbers, mushrooms sliced to 4 and whole cherry tomatoes).
Because of our complaints we got a 15% discount for our first night which in total was a 7.5% discount of our whole stay.
