How to Get There
A huge complex on a mountain side with a beautiful view of the see.
Friendly crew with great service. Clean and functional. Lots of art everywhere. Internal and external pools. Nice gardens around the hotel.
Has rooms and cottages. Due to the terrain, locations within the hotel might be tricky to reach as there are many stairs but there are also elevators.
the hotel is an interesting place to stay however trying to book a meal during the recent holiday was an all day horrible experience with a receptionist who kept putting me on the restaurants line. When finally I complained that there was never any answer she replied that was because the restaurant was closed and no one was there.Strange as I called at breakfast time. When I asked for the direct number to call she would not give it to me and told me to look it up on line . Not how to treat a customer!! After complaining in writing I had 2 phone calls each of which confirmed my booking however when we arrived nobody knew anything about it. Better to eat at one of the many charming restaurants in Zichron Ya'acov than to attempt to taste the hotel's food and maybe their staff should be trained how to deal with the hotel guests
This is a uniquely designed hotel with a special atmosphere, layout and position. The rooms are comfortable and the public areas are unique. Food was very good. Service was good. The outdoor pool is beautiful and the spa is great.
