My wife and I planned to stay for 4 nights and, after a couple of days, extended our stay another 2 nights. This hotel is a model for what all hotels should strive to be. The room we had (104) was modern, well furnished, and luxurious beyond our expectations. There were essentially two bathrooms … my wife loved this. We were provided with an electric sauna in our bedroom! But these marvelous facilities were actually surpassed by the friendliness and efficiency of everyone we dealt with at the hotel. Breakfasts were a treat and, after the first day, our server knew exactly what we wanted and made sure that we were served that. Whenever we had a question about local dining or even non-local dining the hotel staff had answers, made phone reservations for us, and even pointed out my inadequate German (in a very friendly and amusing manner). This hotel has our highest recommendation.

We travelled Italy a few times before and my small peeves had been the "bread". Tasteless and dry. Well, we got to near Austria/Germany, Bolzano and Walla! bread that they served at breakfast was FANTASTIC! Not only that, whole meal was excellent. I got my cafe Americano and hubby got Cappuccino . I know you EU guys do that but us Americans make the whole pot and just drink the whole dang thing throughout the morning. Anyhow, my hubby was in heaven with smoked salmon too.

Well, enough for eating. My GPS was acting out and finding the hotel first time required some effort but, once we got in, wonderful. The room was clean, beautiful and it even had a little kitchenette! We had no idea. I am normally huge on bathrooms and this was fantastic! Modern and convenient. Bed was comfortable - with two separate covers on King size bed I thought was a bit odd....but OK! The real kicker was the night shutter that came down at the floor to ceiling to window and kept the room pitch
dark!! Who does that except Las Vegas Hotels. Awesome! And when you are ready to get up in the morning, open it and then you can sit at balcony overlooking apple orchid. So cute.

We also found out that the hotel lights up the whole building at night so, it is super easy to find the way back when we are coming back home after dinner. Arts on the walls of lobby, walkways, all beautiful. Truly a nice place to stay.

Along with wine tastings we did, this hotel added a lot for us in Bolzano! Thank YOU.

Enjoyable stay in the bolzano area

Very nice hotel. Comfort rooms, well maintained, quiet, excellent food and service. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We also liked the underground garage. The only dislike was the closeness of the room to private house that were noisy

A unique hotel

We came to the hotel after a long trip in the lakes and the rest of north Italy. It was the perfect place to have a break and rest before hading up the dolomite. Two days of silence, spa and beautiful views, made the job well done. Great spot !!
