Fantastic, modern family hotel, located on the Corvatsch mountain which is managed impeccably.

We would recommend the Nira Alpina because:
It’s like a family run hotel, the general manager Claudia and Ioannis in reservations are always around smiling and make sure your every need is met.
It was the first time we have taken the children skiing so we were quite nervous.
The location of the hotel doesn’t get any better, all bedrooms have panoramic views of The mountain ranges and you can ski in and out.
We did like the interiors and design of the hotel , especially our room and the bar on the top floor with the roaring fire .
Food was very good, especially breakfast 😍
There were plenty of Friendly , knowledgeable staff that can’t do enough for you. I contacted the hotel prior to us arriving and they gave me information about Corvatsch ski school, various recommendations and booked all the restaurants for us.
There were a lot of facilities inside the hotel like a kids club and a swimming pool of spa but we didn’t have time to explore.
We would definitely come back to this hotel after having such a positive experience.

Cool hotel

We just spent a long weekend, which was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, the beds comfortable and the breakfast great. The half-board dinner was very nice too, but we felt a little rushed, had to make room for the next guests coming...otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Superb weekend

3days spent in the hotel. We found great all the facilities and offers of the hotel: spa, massage, restaurant (Even if 2 waiters are just enough for a good service), proximity with corvatsch ski lift, parking lots,... beautiful spot of engadina and enjoyable walk ‘til st moritz.

A kind of magic...

Luxury hotel in top location of Engadin Valley.
Good vibes, exhilarating flavors in a magic scenography of the Stars Restaurant ...
To shake and enjoy... with or without an olive...
Special thanks to Mrs Claudia Pronk, General Manager of Nira Alpina, and Giannis Krastanas, Front Office Manager, for the wonderful welcome and great attention.

pleasant surprise

Nira alpina is a modern hotel with alpine design. What I especially liked: Rooms in a the same categry are identical in size, style and look exactly as on pictures on the website. No bad surprise regarding the room. I booked the "Corvatsch room" which has a nice but rather small bathroom. The best thing about the room is the large terrasse with lovely mountain view. Breakfast was ok with a small extra menu (eggs, pancakes). What I disliked was the spa. Too small, strange layout and not cozy for relaxing. I also missed a cozy lounge to sit and read a book. That's why I gave 4 stars. The best thing about the hotel was the attentive and friendly staff. They deserve 5 stars. Good location close to the Corvatsch Bahn. Silvaplana is not a town with many hotels, restaurants, shops and Bars so the choice is vey limited if you do not have a car. I found the price for the room very reasonable, compared to other hotels in the Engadin. Nira Alpin is not a cozy boutique hotel or has a wow factor, but comes with a solid quality for a good price.
