When the weather’s fine you can dine out on the terrace.
From the moment you walk into this decadent spa you’ll
know you’re in for a treat – the sheer amount of facilities on offer are
bound to impress. There’s a hydrotherapy pool, a state-of-the-art
fitness suite, a studio for classes, a sauna, a steam room and samarium,
experience showers, a kubel dusche (one for the brave – it’s an
elevated bucket of ice cold water which you stand under and pull a cord
to spill on yourself), an al fresco hot tub and even a champagne nail
bar where you can sip fizz while you get a polish and shape. There
are also several stylish treatment rooms where you can choose from a
range of massages, facials and beauty treatments. All treatments use
seriously luxurious products to leave your skin soft and supple.
The Greenway Hotel and Spa sits just outside the historic Regency town of Cheltenham and is surrounded by eight acres of pristine green grounds with the rolling hills and woods of the Cotswolds beyond. If you were hoping to explore this lovely part of the world then this hotel is perfectly placed. Cheltenham itself is unique and interesting, known as the ‘garden town of England’. There’re also lots of pretty country houses with amazing gardens to visit including Chedworth, Hailes Abbey, and Lodge Park. You’re just a short drive from the ancient Roman city of Bath, or if you fancied a day at the races then Cheltenham Race Course is also nearby.
How to Get There
I cannot fault this hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Restaurant is fantastic with good choice of food and impeccable service. The spa is lovely too. Would thoroughly recommend ????
Superb spa facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room) alongside a quaint country house hotel. Enjoyed the three course dinner and cooked breakfast (included), a walk around the gardens, and the family room was great.
Superb hotel and fabulous spa - the food, service and surroundings are stunning. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and professional staff. The spa treatments are second to none I've experienced so far.
