Luxury found on Sentosa Island

I was really taken by surprise by the relatively newer brand, Capella. I had high expectations coming in having just visited Capella Ubud which is arguably my favorite hotel, EVER. However they certainly delivered. The property itself is quite historic as other reviews have mentioned and once you're in a film it brings the Chinese. This hotel seems to have that element under control however it's something to be conscious of. If you're looking for an extremely personalized boutique experience this won't be it. There is also an extremely large business center which take that for what you will

The grounds are beautiful and very well manicured. Several (3)pools including 2 that are deemed adult only and very unique Bosun's call where the staff come out with rotating cocktails, essentially a happy hour and treat to snacks in addition. They also now have their own beer which I was quite impressed by!
If you have been to Singapore before don't miss this property! If it's your first time, Sentosa is quite separated from the excitement of the city and you may feel isolated (no fault to Capella).
All in all, rooms are well appointed and food was well executed!

A most memorable getaway

The excitement begins the moment we drove into the hotel grounds towards the majestic colonial building. It was love at first sight with our room. Everything was beyond our expectations, lovingly put together. Service personnel are attentive and we will definitely be back.

Excellent Hotel

I held my wedding few days back at Capella and it was the best decision I ever made. My wedding planner was Lynette and she was awesome! She was very prompt in replying to all my enquiries and she’s very accommodative too! Without her and her team my wedding would not have been so smooth!
Banquet Manager Wayne is equally awesome! He was so friendly and attentive! He even assigned one of his staff Joey to assist me with my gown and accompany me whenever I need to go. Without Joey I couldn’t be walking around the whole banquet hall easily as my gown was really heavy and long.
Lastly, my Villa is so so amazing, clean and big that I wish I could stay there forever! Both me and my husband was so happy with our stay!
I have stayed in many others 5 stars hotel around the world before and none of them are as great compared to Capella! I definitely recommend anybody to stay in Capella or hold their wedding here! U will be experiencing a whole new level of service from everybody over there!

Super service and staff

Very happy to spend a couple of days at Capella in November. The staff anticipated our needs and even solved a few external issues we had.
I had my family with me and their friendly service made our kids feel at home.
Highly recommended for a business or personal trip to Singapore!

Simply Amazing

I had a friend suggest this hotel to me. I stayed two nights with another guest in the garden view room.

From the moment we stepped off our taxi, everything was perfect. We were greeted promptly, our luggage taken and we were escorted to the check-in desk; the entire process was quick and flawless.

The room; beautifully decorated, clean, windows that brighten the room, comfortable bedding and really lovely overall. I was not a fan of the doorless shower, but wasn't too big of an issue. There is also a tablet used to control the curtains and lighting, very modern, but took some time to get use to which switch was which.

Service; impeccable. Even the simple "good morning" from each staff we passed was very sweet and kind. Theres not much more to say, other than we really felt like valued guests.

Pool; peaceful. There are three levels, each with their own purpose. One for adults, one for family, and I believe the last is a longer but smaller pool for swimming laps? They were surrounded by trees, and were really beautiful to be in.

Highly recommend this hotel.
