How to Get There
Super hotel, really made me feel special. No complaints, recommend it. Great location and very friendly staff. Food was good, and the rainforest setting really made the place feel separate from the busy city that's so close by
Held a wedding at Capella's Grand ballroom three weeks ago and had the smoothest process. Lynette, our wedding planner executed her job perfectly and ensured that her team were on the ball on the actual day of the wedding. They took care of the well- being of my husband and I and ensured that we were prepared for our march ins. We were extremely touched by their kind words and actions which meant so much to us!
Our guests were extremely satisfied and praised the exceptional quality of the food, the amazing design of the flower set ups and top-notch service provided by the staff of Capella!
It would definitely be an honour for my husband and I to step into one of the top hotels in Singapore, enjoying the facilities and savouring every moment of it. We had been staying with Capella annually for special occasions and we are so happy and proud to have celebrated most of our major milestones with them.

You get better value else where. Forget 6 stars when you cannot even get the basics right.Extremely disappointing service. Upon arrival by 3pm rooms were still not ready. We booked 2 rooms but only one was ready after 3pm. The living room was so small not enough to house the guests waiting for their rooms. We had to wait till 5pm for the 2nd room after badgering for the room for so long. No key cards were issued even after we got both rooms. Key card system was faulty I was hoping that this was just because of this freak issue But the next day after putting us through the endless waiting they could not even have the graciousness to give us an extension for late check out. I was totally upset and expressed my disappointment. Staff still had the cheek to say the least I could do is wait 5 minutes,. So I cannot express my disappointment after waiting for your room 2 hours yesterday. Only after being made so upset they decide to extend the other room. At breakfast the Hot Food Laksa counter staff was also exceptionally rude, rudely asked what I wanted in mandarin when I spoke in English. When I was at her food counter because she was chit chatting. Ignored me and continued chatting. And gesturing to take the food myself. I get better service at a Hawker Center. Management was non existant. This establishment is too proud to serve you since the trump kim visit. I suggest better value and service else where. Avoid not worth your money.
