Imperfect, certainly, but was a good deal for us

A sprawling place, with long walks from the self-parking area to the hotel (if you don't want to pay $15/day for valet) and from the front desk to our rooms, and a clumsy check-in that took way too long, with many aspects that look worn out...But it was quiet, convenient to the Hutchinson River Parkway, and relatively inexpensive, and while we didn't take advantage of the resort-style facilities on our September weekend visit, I think we will on a future one. I feel sure we'll return.

hotel needs serious updating
phil s

rooms need serious updating and the room design is horrible. one side of the bed was virtually against a wall, Only chair was positioned so you could not watch television from it. Poor lighting. free parking is 250 yards from the entrance.

Arrowood has everything

I remember the property when it was Purchase Golf Club in the 1950's- 1976. Then became Arrowood. A great conference center with a fun pool and little golf course and range as well as an excellent gym! The location is great, service is very good, the propert is great although it is beginning to show its age. Needs a little TLC but overall a great place to stay for a few days and nights!
