How to Get There
My fiancé and I are having the best time at Sandals Grande St. Lucian! The most spectacular beach and views. Always a party going on in the pool (BIG shout-out to the entertainers Tonisha & Xavi for keeping the good energy flowing). Great variety of food and drinks.
What an amazing week we had! Our butlers went above & beyond to help me celebrate my 50th!! All the employees were friendly & amazing. You can tell they love their jobs. From the scuba team to butlers we could not ask for a better time. We will be back!!!
My wife and I just got home from our delayed honeymoon at the Grande. It was all we could have imagined. We stayed in Rondoval 7008 with Butler service and our 3 Butlers Shervan, Clynnes, and Bailey were top notch. We didn't ask for a ton, but everything was timely and efficient. The room itself was perfect with the plunge pool and hot tub. We didn't go without, and the resort was SUPER clean. Everyday staff were painting and putting touch ups on anything that needed it. The food was great, our experience at Kimonos was our favorite. Gordon's and Barefoot also were above and beyond expectation. Tusconni's breakfast was to die for. We did the hike up Fort Rodney and JJ's speedboat tour, and JJ's was amazing . We would recommend that for anyone going to the resort. Peter, Kayla, and Davin were our favorite bartenders and had the best service we could ask for. Overall, the resort lived up to expectations, staff was great, and we met some really great people. Highly recommend visiting here. If I could change anything it would be to not go during rainy season. While it didn't rain a ton, it was mostly cloudy.
This was our first trip to a Sandals resort, and I must say it was amazing. The customer service was phenomenal. Every employee spoke without hesitation if you were near them Everyone was happy all the time and eager to make sure your every need was met.
Our room was just down the hall from the lobby and Pavilion Theater. There was (fairly loud) entertainment most every night. We never heard any of it while in the room, only some while on the balcony.
If this is your first visit to Sandals, make sure to take the tour of the property when it is offered when you arrive. We didn't and discovered all types of things while just walking the property before we left. This is on us, not the staff. There's so much nestled away, so it really feels that you are removed from city life.
Make sure to visit Remy at the beach bar and ask for a "Green Mango." NOTE: he is the only one who knows how to make it. He was great!
One more recommendation is to visit Kimberlee in the Sandals travel office and rebook (a visit to any Sandals resort) before you leave!
The ONLY thing that we didn't like about this trip was the drive to the resort from the airport. The bus ride is about 2 hours on very curvey mountainous roads. If you tend to get carsick, make sure to take some Dramamine or Bonine.
Fabulous food and service. We didn’t splurge for the Club Level or Butler Service, but our room was very nice. We did the Honeymoon Walkout and liked that it was so close to the main pool and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!
