Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location

12 days of pure relaxation. The staff at this hotel do go the extra mile, each and every staff member we met were helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is one of the cleanest I have visited and all areas are immaculate. I usually have difficulty sleeping when I am in a hotel as the noise of the cleaners in the morning disturbs me but the corridors in this hotel are carpeted and the rooms are well sound proofed so I didn't hear a thing. Bliss!!! The Galaxy bar at the top of the hotel is a treat to visit with its delicious cocktails and delightful view of the castle. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Greek Hospitality

I rarely use the superlative when writing about places--especially hotels, but in the case of the Rodos Park Suites and Spa, I will make the exception. In short, this place gives attention to every detail, has fresh and bright decor, a great pool, service that goes above and beyond, and possesses a fresh energy that is part home and part luxury. From the quaint rooms with personal balconies to the comfort and delight of the 4th Floor lounge, visitors of any background and with any expectation will not be disappointed. This past week, after abruptly leaving a local all inclusive resort due to poor service, my wife and I stumbled across Rodos Park, somewhat by accident. Hoping to restart our honeymoon in Rhodes, we knew within moments of our arrival that we made the right choice. We were greeted with smiles and excitement by the concierge. And from that point, things only got better.

Deciding to head the glorious 4th Floor Lounge for cocktails, my wife and I settled with fatigue, after moving hotels all-day, and tried to plan for the days ahead. At this point, our bartender, Manolis, commenced an all out display of hospitality that should be honored and recognized not only by the Rodos Park management, but by the community of Rhodes, as well. Never in my travels have I ever met someone so proud of his place of employment and the island on which he lived. Needless to say, after 4 days in Rhodes, we tried each of the restaurants that Manolis suggested, visited each of the local tourist spots to which he directed us, and enjoyed countless laughs, great music, and outstanding drinks, as well. The rooms, the staff (at every position), the glorious pool, and the location (walk to the old city) each make this place second-to-none!

Great service and quiet pool area

I stayed for a few nights and was really impressed by the service and the quiet pool area. Was a little worried the pool area would be taken over by kids but it was quiet and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and pool bar/roof bar served quality food and drinks. Good sized gym as well that was lovely and quiet. Overall and very good experience.
