a paradise on earth

Beautifully located in the heart of the desert sprawled over 550 acres natural reserve. There you can fine Oryx that is an extinct species. Beautifully arranged and decorated .Some really hot locations for photography . We took a tent villa that very spacious with a huge private infinity edge pool with a desert view. Very secure property. It gives you privacy as no one comes around your villa. They have a very organized system of pick and drop from your villa to your desired destination in the hotel by using buggies. Staff is very friendly and cooperative esp. Miss Meena Gautam .I wish her success and recommend her for any job promotion .She gave us so much attention and helped us in everything .Even presented us an enlarged and framed family photo of us with her on our check out. Food was scrumptious. They also gave us the complimentary breakfast to the family of four.
Only one sentence in the end,Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Amazing Desert Resort Experience
Reviewed 6 days ago

This property is huge and there is so many activities that one can do while staying here. From the falcon show to stargazing, horseback riding and nature walk/drive, mountain picnic etc.

As I had an early flight from Singapore, I arrived at the property really early in the morning, around 7.30AM. Kumari (Front Desk) helped me with the check-in process and she was really friendly. She took the time to explain about the activities offered and the restaurants.

The experience staying here is priceless. The villas are beautiful with a huge private pool that overlook the desert. Definitely a worth taking amazing photos. The weather was perfect.

The Rainforest treatment located beside the spa was really refreshing and relaxing.
The buffet breakfast at Kaheela restaurant had plenty to offer. You can also arrange half-board or full-board meals during your stay.

Al Wadi Desert also offers a shuttle to its sister property at Al Hamra Beach. It’s about 20 minutes and guests get to enjoy the beach over there.

There’s just too many great things to talk about. Ras Al Khaimah is one of the 7 emirates in UAE, and I strongly recommend you staying in this property and Al Hamra Beach for an unforgettable experience.

I would like to specially thank the General Manager, Mr. Amit Arora, and your team of wonderful ladies and gentlemen for making this stay an incredible one. Thank you to Arshad (Kaheela), Dickson (Concierge), Levy (Adventure Centre), Ibrahim (Guest Services) and Ayu (Spa) for all your kind help and outstanding service. First class to all of them!

Worn out
Reviewed 7 days ago

When they first opened this hotel some 7-8 years ago it was fabulous
It was run by the Banyan tree resorts
Now Ritz Cartlon
They have not renovated or improved anything
The furniture worn out , old and shabby
Worse is the customer service also went down
Extra bed used to be the sofa now they have made it worse and worse
It’s a shame this is a beautiful resort very serene and tranquil but IT NEEDS LOTS OF RENOVATION!

Ganesh with our room and assistance we needed. He has a great attitude of serving others which is what we felt all over the resort.

The Al Wadi Equestrian Club is a beautiful stables situated in the Nature Reserve in Ras Al Khaimah at The Ritz.

All the staff are truly wonderful and make my weekly riding experience amazing.

My Guide Veer, is a great, experiences and wonderful with all the animals on the yard.

The manager of the stables Joanne is great, very helpful, and also an excellent qualified instructor.

All the animals are so well kept, and all the horses are very happy.

This is one of the best stables I’ve visited in the Middle East.
