How to Get There
Dimitra Boutique Hotel, was exquisite. Right in the centre of Poros with ocean views. Friendly and courteous staff and the rooms were lovely. We are definitely heading back next summer for a longer period of time.
I have to admit that i have never seen a pro in hotel service like Doretta. After staying there for a week, there wasnt a time when she wasnt there to answer all my questions and needs, always with a smile. Hotel is worth 5 stars with comfy beds, safe, refrigerator, wifi and a wonderful shower. Had the impression that was coming out from renovations, 2-3 cables hanging out at the veranda, missing hooks for locking the blinds, but seriously dont let that ruin your holidays. Breakfast included with a superbe view,as well as a refreshing lemonade just before heading out for drinks at night...Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, ήταν πολύ όμορφα 😊
It’s hard to know what to say about this fabulous boutique hotel with its stylish and well appointed rooms, sea view (in our room at least) and balcony, great concierge, and fantastic location. We’d highly recommend this place and hope to come again soon.
Firstly , apologies for not writing this sooner , but we’ve been busy organising 2019 to return once again ! How accommodating , upstanding & wonderful the small team who run this piece of heaven are is truly remarkable - all small details , but so important to the traveller wishing to visit the real Greece ! There for Greek Easter & how magical to be based at the Dimitra - such personal service ! Once again , a huge thank you to to Dorothea - such warm welcome & many individual personal touches which make us so keen to revisit ASAP ! See you in April / May for a month once again as soon as flight times are available !
This was a lovely small hotel with a wonderful breakfast terrace on the top floor.
Situated above the port area directly above where the car ferry arrives from Galata and in easy walking distance to the main shopping and eating places. It had fantastic views if you room is on the Harbourside side. We stayed 2 nights on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was small and functional but it had a great shower. The room opened out on to a small terrace that had 2 small chairs and was a very laid back hotel as the receptionist just left the key in the front door. The breakfast was continental but had everything you required, even Kiwifruit.
