An excellent Hotel close to the Airport
Reviewed 21 hours ago

This hotel is a premium hotel situated just close to the Airport. The room size is fantastic and the amenities and facilities are ultra-modern. The breakfast buffet spread is fantastic and the food quality is very good. To specifically mention the staff, they are extremely friendly and always ready to help.

Amazing Stay

To start with I’d like to say that Marriott Manila is a beautiful hotel with amazing and very welcoming service. Myself and my partner celebrated our anniversary there, and it was a beginning of our journey in Phillipines, so we just stayed in Marriott for one night. We chose it due to its proximity to the airport, and were glad we did. Everything was perfect. Starting with check in, Kristoff was very attentive and friendly, amazing customer service! We have been giving an upgrade to Junior Suite, and a little gift to help us celebrate our anniversary. The staff all around hotel is super welcoming and helpful. I’m quite sad we only had 1 night there.

Only one bad thing that I would like to add is service at breakfast, while food was amazing and lots of variety, we have ordered our coffee twice, and twice the order was ignored. So we have never actually received our coffee, which was a bit disappointing as I tend to start my day with coffee every day.

However the good things overweight so let’s not focus on this.

The room was beautiful, with nice view over Manila. Very spacious. Oh and the bed, omg it was so so comfortable, I wish I could take it home.

If you do stay at Marriott make sure you get their app. It’s so easy to use, and communicate with team members in case you need anything.

Lastly I would definitely recommend Marriott hotel Manila, just don’t order dance coffees :)

Excellent Stay

Marriott is such a cool place to stay, the amenities and food were great but the room is too small for what you have paid for. Beds were really so nice to lay your head after being in the traffic for so long, I wish I could have stayed again.

Warm welcome

We stayed here for 3 nights after 2 adventurous weeks in the Philippines. Upon arrival, we were delighted and seed by the service we received.

We checked into the Exec Lounge and were greeted and checked in by Karlos. He was friendly and had a genuine warmth about him as we discussed the property, things to do In Manila and where we should go!

He quickly introduced us to Marinela, who is the manager of the lounge, she continued his great service by offering her own insights on what to do, where to go, and offered up the lounge as an oasis to relax while our bags were sent to our room.

During our stay there, so many of the staff were exceptional in their attentiveness and courtesy. Jas, JC, Ely and Chef Rey (who personally delivered a tasty dish) as well as people in the Marriott Cafe, our server, Edison and Chef Rej, who prepared and delivered hash browns to a guy struggling with the buffet offering at breakfast. Thanks Chef!

So many others were great. Still lounge was a nice late evening where, despite closing, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed by Michele and her colleague(name escapes me)

The pools were both amazing, the lobby is beautifully decorated for Christmas and lively. The room was superb, fresh, clean, comfortable and modern. We loved our stay there, we loved the property, but the staff is what made it exceptional.

A enjoyable Birthday Staycation
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We celebrated our mom's birthday at Marriott Hotel. we stayed for 2 nights coinciding with the long weekend.

Our staycation was enjoyable and pleasant. We used vouchers to avail of a complimentary stay and a 50% discount.

We are very fortunate to have been upgraded to the west wing where rooms are a bigger.

Request for a room facing the golf course if you like looking at greens, the street view rooms have not much "view" to offer.

The staff are courteous and polite. The facilities are well maintained.

Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast at marriott cafe which becomes very crowded and guests have to queue for some stations.

Though I made new acquaintances at the cafe. Many thanks to Chef Henrell, the intern Nikki, and Vic!

The hotel is beside the RWM Mall where we shopped, dined, and watched movie. They have shuttle to ferry guests to the mall and airport for FREE!

Overall, our family enjoyed and had fun!
