Superb Hotel exceeded our expectations.
Reviewed 2 days ago

The hotel has exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival you are greeted with a necklace and welcome drink. The room we booked was the deluxe room and it was super big. Their staffs are awesome that they really make you feel welcome. Their food was also great specially their dinner buffet which includes a live band to serenade you while you eat. And also thank you for making my wife feel special on her special day.

Only wish there were more stars to give this place - amazing!!!

The Bellevue is everything we hoped for in a resort - great rooms (we booked sea view), facilities (infinity pool, lots of pool lounges, cocktail service, pool table, included activities such as kayaking, stand up paddleboard and snorkelling all included (if you are comfortable in the water, there is a reef that you can snorkel to about 400m off the shore)), amazing range and quality of foods in the included breakfasts, activities organised throughout the day (sustainable planting guided walk, stargazing with their telescope in the evening, lots of kids activities such as shell collecting and crafts) again all included.

In addition, the service is of a standard that when we left, we felt we wished everywhere we travelled was trained by the people who train the staff here. There is nothing too much to ask. Always a welcome with a smile. Attentive to needs often without even having to ask - truly 5 star service.

To give you an idea, when we took the the transport to and from the airport, the staff member even refused a tip. Thankfully we left a large one at the desk.

One thing to consider - it is about a 10 minute ride from the main centre of things - Alona Beach). Shuttles are provided in each direction free of charge several times a day.If you need to be in the middle of things when you walk out your front door, maybe this isn't for you. If you are OK about being a bit away from the hustle and noise, you will not find a better choice here, or almost anywhere.

Honeymoon Stay
Reviewed 3 days ago

After two nights in Amorita Resort, we transferred to The Bellevue Resort on June 21-23 as part of our honeymoon and birthday celebrations. The resort has a unique ambiance and style being modern and Asian. We were given a garden view room in 242 with a balcony (just above their resto). The room design is very impressive with lots of colors and antique decors using Capiz shells, comfy and big bed and clean toilet. I appreciate that they have Bluetooth speaker/charging deck and flat iron with ironing board inside the room. We are thankful that they have arranged kissing swan towels with flower petals on our bed and complimentary cake greeting us on our occasions and free peanut kisses and cookies. Buffet breakfast is good enough and have a lot of variety with both local and international dishes. For our dinner, we ate in their resto for a la carte which is good enough. We saw that they have themed dinner buffet in the garden area which we find a little expensive. The resort has a big infinity pool (with one corner for the kids and the other for scuba dive training). A few steps down is their own white sand seashore of Doljo beach where you can relax too. In the morning, you will see that their staff take effort to clean the seashore and fine brush the white sand for the enjoyment of their guests. However, it was low tide when we stayed here in June and the beach is not good enough for swimming. As perks of their promo, we got chance to visit sandbar in Virgin Island for 30 minutes and snorkeled for another 30 minutes somewhere in Doljo beach. We spent most of our time in the pool and beach both day and night which was truly relaxing. Overall, our stay in Bellevue was refreshing as the resort was not at the peak season on June. We will definitely go back here!

Beautiful resort on the best beach in Panglao
Reviewed 3 days ago

The resort locates almost at the end of the island so its' secluded and very peaceful. Rooms were really nice and clean with its clear view of the ocean. The staffs were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. The resort offered free shuttle to popular Alona beach which had the best seafood on the island. The private beach was very clean with its clear azure water. They also provided free kayak and surf board for guests which was very nice!

Best place to stay at in Bohol
Reviewed 1 week ago

This July 2-5, 2018 was my 2nd stay here and I plan to come back. This is the best place to stay at in Bohol, with it's awesome amenities, very supportive staff, clean and wholesome resort place. Asst. Manager Nigel Ebba made sure our stay was comfortable, pleasant, and really relaxing. The food is also very good, kudos to the chef. Price is very reasonable. I recommend this place highly to everyone. Please make Bohol a stop in your Philippine sojourn and make Bellevue your choice of resort. You will not regret it.
