How to Get There
I arrived very early (10:00am) and they had my room ready almost immediately. Check-in wasn't until 2:00pm, so they were very accommodating. There was a bit of a smell in the hallway, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The walk-in shower was fantastic. It was a short walk over the bridge to the downtown area, which is nice. You don't want to be in the thick of it during the festival of San Fermin. I loved the fingerprint scan door locks. No key needed and it worked every time. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Make sure breakfast is included when you book and my deposit was NOT refundable.
Excellent place to stay for San Fermin. We could enjoy the running of the bulls, the parades, music, etc. but also escape the noise, crowds, wild drinking, etc. as we chose with a short 20-30 minute walk back to the hotel where a swimming pool and very comfortable room waited us. The breakfast was very good but the rest of the food was a bit uneven and too smart for our tastes. Wines, however, were excellent as was the terrific gin-tonics. Would stay there again.
The hotel is modern and swank. The rooms have fingerprint access, which is cool, and they are absolutely lovely. The bar is amazing and the staff are very helpful. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is modern and rooms are nice and well appointed. We were there for the Feria de San Fermin and I think they did not staff properly for this week. All aspects of the service were bad - check in was a disaster, bar service took forever and all the tables has dirty glassware on them and we had to clean ourselves before sitting down and then they forgot to bring some of our deserts out. Sadly, it seems they could have taken care of most of these issues with hiring more staff during such a busy time.
I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The hotel is situated about a 30 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre - which is actually quite nice when you want some silence to sleep.
The hotel staff are unbelievably helpful - we had no idea where to go for the opening ceremony and we were informed of the best place to view it from. The hotel itself is modern with amazing amenities. A bonus is the shower has great water pressure.
San Fermin is unbelievable!
