Locations is one of the best assets, it is very close to the airport, to downtown, and you can take highway 95 right in front of the Hotel.
I haven’t found a bad thing to say yet about EB Hotel Miami. There are great restaurants and shopping close to the hotel location, along with great service, great amenities and a great location! Looking forward to my next visit!!
Lets start by saying I was assigned the hotel as room compensation for a missed connection by American Airlines, as such my expectations were low. I was actually impressed by the bar, restaurant, reception, and rooms they were all awesome. Specially the rooms very spacious, modern spa type showers. This was all completely eclipsed by the lack of customer service. The reception at checkin, check out, room service and restaurant contradicted themselves regarding the use of the AA food vouchers, in the end I was unable to use them. Their solution being that I should go back to the restaurant and have them redo the charge applying the vocuher, wait for management to see if they would authorize the room service credit for the vouchers. Finally, they did not tell me that the parking was not free and the cherry on the top was that the golf cart that would shuttle you to the parking lot on the other building did not show up to work....their solution wait for another person to arrive at the reception desk or walk in 90°F to that building and carry my luggage up the staircase.
