Beautiful resort
Reviewed 3 days ago

We just finished a two week stay at Harbour Village on Bonaire. The resort is beautiful and the room was spacious and right on the beach. We were able to snorkel right off our room which was amazing, the reefs were so close. The only issues we found were that it was off season and a few amenities were not set up - there was not any service at the pool side for drinks or food unless you made your way to the restaurant and requested - they were great about bringing it over once you asked. Additionally there was no music at the beach or the pool, which I usually enjoy relaxing to. Also the spa itself was shut but they had one room for services - but it didn’t have the scents and sounds that you want from a relaxing spa treatment. Aside from the time of year which may have caused these issues, the staff was very nice and the room was kept immaculate everyday. The boat trip we reserved was fun and the captain made sure we found a spot I could snorkel - being not the best swimmer. Would definitely come again.

A beautiful and tranquil place to visit. We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very expensive so save your dollars. That said we would return again. Our 2 bedroom beachfront condo was absolutely beautiful. They were renovating the room next to ours which was a little bit intrusive.

Returning Visitor - For A Reason!

We just stayed for the 4th time at the Harbour Village Beach Club and have already booked our stay for next year because this resort does everything right. The hotel exhibits a standard of professionalism that measures up and exceeds any we have experienced. The hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning and well maintained. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The resort never feels overcrowded and the beach is maintained to perfection.

It is so nice to wake up every morning to powder sands, turquoise water, and a calm surf that sways in and out with the tides. Palm trees dot the beach with an open and peaceful feel. There is a very relaxing atmosphere at this resort. Wake up. Roll out of bed and walk onto the beach or ocean. This is a very "chill" resort for relaxing.

We had a suite overlooking the beach and ocean which had beautiful views. The overall suite is roomy and the bathroom and amenities are first class. There are always plenty of towels and amenities with housekeeping replenishing the suite twice a day. The suite itself is very modern with all the amenities. The Air Conditioning is excellent and very quiet which is not always the case with Caribbean resorts.

The Restaurant is over the water and has exceptional views. Be sure to book your reservation that includes breakfast daily. They have a variety of breakfast choices made to order and very friendly staff/waiters.

Hotel premises are gorgeous and very well maintained. The private beach is exceptional with extraordinary snorkeling right off the beach. There is a. dive shop with a fabulous staff if you want to take lessons to learn how to scuba dive. We would highly recommend learning to dive at this resort. They are very thorough and safety conscious. You will have a great dive experience as a new diver if you learn to dive here. My wife was certified as a diver at this resort and she loved the patience and attention to detail that they provided to her. If you are already a certified scuba diver, this is the place to dive. We did 10 dives and had so much fun with a great dive crew on every dive. There are 89 dive sites off Bonaire and this shop knows where the best of them are.

There are also excellent restaurants within walking distance of the resort.

This resort is exactly what we need for a complete disconnect from our crazy day-to-day lives and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend to all!

They spoil us.

This is the best place to stay in Bonaire. All staff is very nice, there is a lovely private beach and a very good concierge dive service. You do not even have to carry the dive gear. They do everything for you. And the dive staff is VERY nice and friendly. Thank you!

Amazing! A must do if you are in Bonaire

Highly recommend spending a beach day at Harbour Village if you are in Bonaire on a cruise. The entire experience from start to finish was great. We spent about 5 1/2 hours there. From making the reservation with Lourdes to the staff at the Beach Club, to the food/drinks and relaxing on their beach and swimming in the ocean. The fish were incredible and right off the beach. Definitely bring a mask and snorkel. The cab ride was from the cruise pier was about 10 minutes and $15. We'd go back!!!
