How to Get There
It was our 10 year wedding anniversary, my birthday and our first overseas holiday as a family. We wanted a destination we could relaxing, explore, spend time together as a family and have fun. Naviti Resort TOTALLY DELIVERED!
The staff were so friendly, caring, fun and helpful.
We had the all inclusive package, which was definitely worth it.
Our ocean view room was small, with beautiful beach front access. We would have preferred 2 double beds, as opposed to a double, a single & a trundle. As the kids found the trundle most uncomfortable and the pillows on all beds were rather flat, with no extras available in cupboards.
I also felt the bathroom could have done with some new tiling and bath tub.
All activities and the night time entertainment were good fun and kept us all entertained.
Whilst we are not ones to keep going back to the same places (purely because we like to explore and discover new things) we would definitely come back and recommend Naviti to our family and friends.
Vinaka, Naviti Resort!
Overall we had a good time at Naviti but something felt like it was missing. The staff were absolutely amazingly friendly and kind. The room was good ( although could have been cleaner). For us the main issue was food. There is lots of talk about the all inclusive package. That’s $160 per person per day. I know this is great if you plan on eating or drinking a lot ( especially you have kids) but for us it was not right. We still ate and drank ( a lot) and our bill was a lot less than it would be if we had got this package. I recommend planning ahead and figuring out how much you plan to spend on food/ drinks before you book the package as you may save more money without it. Also, the food quality was ok at best. Stay clear if you are vegetarian or have diatary requirements as there is almost no options for you. I highly recommend visits to the huts on the beach where the local people offer massages, hair brading, henna and souverneirs ( just to name a few). They are very friendly and the price is a lot cheaper than the resort spa ( and the view better). Overall I think it would be a great holiday for a family ( but make sure you check your food options ) but for a couple it just felt as if something was missing. I don’t think we would stay there again.
Our first time in Fiji and we chose Naviti Resort because of the value for money. We booked the all inclusive meals/drink option and it didnt disappoint. Staff were friendly, the daily activities kept us busy and the food was yum.
After a hectic holiday in the USA we are glad we chose to stay here and relax. Kids loved the swim up pool , as did we
Just arrived home from an amazing holiday in Fiji. We stayed at Naviti Resort and didn’t know what to expect but we could not fault a thing. The food, atmosphere and the staff are absolutely amazing and so loving especially with our kids, we can’t wait to come back next year.
We recently stayed at the Naviti with our 4 & 6 year olds for 7 nights. We upgraded to the all inclusive and am so pleased we did, we saved so much doing it this way.
I was concerned about us all bunking up in the one room, however was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and both kids had a good bed, with a full bathroom.
The resort has a fantastic pool, there is so much of the pool that kids can stand and safely swim and play, which made my holiday much more relaxing. There are also ample pool lounges to relax in, with shade for most.
We enjoyed the included activities of kayaking, volleyball, snorkelling, and others like coconut husking. The resort facilities and equipment were always clean and in great condition.
The food was great, with 4 choices on site, buffet, grill, Chinese or adults only restaurant. The buffet had a different theme each night which was good. Our kids were really missing salad and fruit by the end of the trip, but happy enough generally.
There was different entertainment each night which I enjoyed, a lot of nights the more cultural entertainment didn’t start until 8 or 8.30 which was a bit late for our kids after such big days swimming and exploring, it would have been good for them to see.
The swimming pool bar is great, although it did take half an hour to get a drink at times.
I would stay at the Naviti again, it was great for our family, not sure I would choose it for an adults only holiday.
