How to Get There
My stay at the Naviti was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and helpful always greeting you with a smile.
I loved the range of activities available such as the tennis court, volley ball, canoeing and the pool.
I recommend the all inclusive package which is great value. It was great eating at the different restaurants the Naviti offers. I loved grabbing a cocktail at the bar and having a conversation with the entertaining staff.
Rooms were spacious and well kept from the friendly room service staff.
The location is truly stunning with calming ocean views.
I honestly cant think of anything to fault about my stay at the Naviti. Just be warned of the frogs and lizards you will find around the resort!
We stayed at the naviti for 6 nights with the all inclusive package. In our group we had 3 adults, 2 kids (9 And 6) and a baby and it was great not having to worry about food or drinks. The staff were always caring and welcoming. The kids did kids club for a few hours for a couple of days and had a blast. Our 6 year old loved finding real starfish on the beach and going crab hunting and also chasing the frogs around at night.
Our baby got pretty sick whilst we were there and the house keeping staff were never angry about us needing new sheets for the cot. They were always loving and caring and wishing her to get better.
When our kids were in kids club they did pottery making, and after we arrived back home we realised that we never collected their pottery before we checked out. I emailed the resort and they responded straight away saying they will have a check and see if it's still there. And sure enough it was. And they posted it over to us. Absolutely exceptional service. Will definitely be back.
Exceptional to mention that’ all staff were very polite and welcoming, especially was Mua (receiving guests), Jojo (bar staff) and Knox (Golf, cycling staff). Very helpful and friendly indeed.
All the Naviti Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.
The good memories and happy feelings is based on the staff.
“Fiji time” no hurry is great to relax.
It’s a family friendly resort, especially for families with children.
For Adult couples, the resort is not to be faivoured, that’s our advise.
Not really for adults only couples, which still
like to be entertained.
Breakfast choices and food quality was reasonable good, lunch and dinner choices and food quality was average.
Good food for dinner were served at the bookable Talei and Bamboo restaurants.
Lack of adult entertainment especially late entertainment, the daily and evening entertainments mainly focused for families with children.
The music entertainment stopped at 10:30pm, controlled by the management not by the DJ’s.
If you’re on all inclusive stay, you need to consider that the bar closes at 11pm.
If you like cocktails, an additional FJ$15 per cocktail applies for all inclusive guests.
That should not be, as you pay lot more for all inclusive, as is free on other beech holiday resort in the Western Hemisphere.
Non inclusive pay FJ$25 per cocktail and they were a great taste.
At all, a nice resort but lack of adult only entertainment especially in the evening.
The management need to consider to add a disco/bar wing/premises to the current premises.
Positives: amazing staff, ATM in site, tour desks, great all inclusive plan, delicious dinners, plenty of activities to do at the resort at no additional charge, beautiful gardens, great salad bar, room was comfortable and clean.
Negatives: LOCATION too far from the airport, it took us about 2 hours on a windy road to get there, same to go to the port denarau to go to any tour to the islands. And taxi transfers were costly (over 140 fijian one way). BUILDING Also the place is old, though well maintained, so the buildings, swimming pool and bathrooms are out of style (by 3 decades at least). CORALS There is no good snorkeling without taking a trip to port denarau (which is far), at the place you need to take a boat to access to the corals of the "coral coast" but the corals are too damaged there. BREAKFAST AND LUNCH Food at the Nukunuku restaurant (the place open for breakfast and lunch) is a good buffet, but meats are generally overcooked since they're kept warm for too long, plus I missed real butter; ham and cheese slices; and hot chocolate (though I might not have seen them?).
We all love the Naviti, will be returning for our second family holiday soon. I recommend that you purchase the all inclusive package and then you won't have a huge bill at the end of your visit. The restaurants are great and the staff are so friendly. Our rooms were all located near one another and the gardens were immaculate. The staff members were always smiling and friendly, nothing was a problem. Visit the beach huts and have a massage - so good.
