A wonderful experience!

We were only sorry that we did not stay longer to enjoy this beautiful hotel and property! The staff is very welcoming and helpful! We will highly recommend this beautiful Relais et Chateau! I would advise a minimum of three nights here, in order to enjoy all that Hotel Castello has to offer. We visited some excellent wineries in the area as well.

Fulfilled expectations: excellent experience

We spent 5 days during the Easter break here and we had the possibility to have a full experience of the entire beauty of Castello di Guarene. The location is beautiful, the rooms are big and very comfortable. The service is always discretely one step ahead of your needs and always ready to satisfy any request. The SPA is fantastic and it is located in the undergrounds of the castle and there are different areas to accomplish your needs, including an amazing and relaxing view on the valley whilst having a tea. The restaurant is simply superb. The Chef has an incredible talent in mixing tradition, fantasy and local food.
Overall we felt incredibly satisfied in each moment of our stay in Castello di Guarene. We’ll definitely visit Castello di Guarene again.

Our stay was too short. Due to other plans we only walked around the pool and spa area. It would have been nice to spend more time enjoying the resort. The hotel is very nicely appointed. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast area is lovely and you can choose to eat indoors or outdoors. My only complaint was being wakened by guests at 12:30 AM playing pool right outside our room (9). I had to call the front desk two times when the talking, laughing and playing pool didn’t stop. For being a boutique hotel, there should be better monitoring if you are going to place a pool table right across from guest rooms and a proper apology from the management would have been appreciated.
