Piece of paradise!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Paradise Bay resort on exuma mid- February and all I can say is WOW!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room was ready right when we arrived...we had a bungalow directly on the beach. The room was comfy with air conditioning if we needed it (we preferred to open the windows with the breeze and listen to the waves instead). The beach at paradise bay was perfect. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were available for each guest. Paddle boards available to rent. The restaurant at the resort was delicious and all the staff there were incredibly nice. The resorts location is on a beautiful stretch of beach. Liquor store and convenience stores are close by. If you want a large grocery store you will have to drive to George Town (about 20-30 mins down the road). Coco plum beach is close by as well. A must visit for the swings in the water and beautiful sand bars. We did a Day excursion that the resort booked for us. Saw the iguanas, the pigs, the grotto, turtles and sand sharks all in one day. And ended with an amazing buffet lunch. I can’t say enough good things about this resort. You have to stay here! We will definitely be back.

Our second trip and won't be our last!

This place truly is paradise. You can't beat the location...just steps to a stunning beach. We were a family of 4 so booked the two bedroom beachfront cottage. It is the perfect place to unwind. Cedric, Nikka and Angelo (La Fourchette, on site restaurant) are the best hosts. With plenty of recommendations to make the most of your stay on this magnificent Bahamian Island. We were truly lucky to swim with a dolphin right in front of the resort. A rental car is a must to get around the island. We will be back...can't recommend enough!! I was attacked the last day by sandflies & wasn't really prepared so for sure bring spray specific to sand flies.

Absolute Paradise

Our stay at Paradise Bay was amazing! Nicka, Cedric, JAMES (La Forchette) and all of the staff were so helpful and kind. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front room and it was wonderful. Going into the trip I had seen all the reviews regarding sand fleas on Exuma, so I prepared and we had ZERO issues. It was quite windy on our stay so they weren't bad most of the time. On the windless days, they came out in full force. We had been taking Xyzal the entire time and even though we did get bitten we never itched. We also took Benadryl bite spray that we never even had to use. La Forchette was wonderful, the food was great, the service was excellent and I have a sweet spot in my heart for James...he was fantastic throughout the whole trip!

Perfect Paradise!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Paradise Bay. This was our second time in Exuma and I have to say that this is way better than Sandals. The staff at Paradise Bay and La Fourchette (onsite restaurant) are absolutely wonderful! We had so much fun with the staff there - they felt like family by the end of our stay. NIkka made sure we were not missing out on any fun events on the island and helped us with all of the festivities, car rental and taxis. Ultimately, it was a great vacation and a wonderful place to stay

Loved staying here! Our trip started out with a cancelled flight and then a 10 hour layover in Nassau! We arrived late at night and our care rental left us stranded at the airport. It was Paradise Bay to the rescue with a taxi to get us from the airport to the hotel and the next morning making calls to our scheduled expedition to reschedule and drove us to the car rental office to get our rental. How many hotels are going to do all of that? For Christmas the had chocolate presents for each villa which I thought was really sweet. They even did a load of laundry for us without an extra charge! Then there is the view from your villa, simply breath taking. We even had dolphins in the bay right outside our villa one day. Cannot wait to return!
