Best Place, Beautiful Views #203
Reviewed 1 week ago

Overall: Book here and you'll have a great time with the best service and wonderful views.

This was my third trip to Frace Bay, but first time at Villa Renissance. The views and service are unmatched, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

When we arrived, I'd previously told the staff it was my parents 40th Anniversary. They had a card and balloons already in the room (#203). This was a beautiful touch and just one example of the great service. Corel/Korel at the desk was very helpful all trip and so wonderful to talk with. Rico at the beach was the same, always around and willing to help. I cant say enough good things about everyone we met. Even the overnight security helped my parents use the bikes early a few mornings.

The kitchen is great, lots of amenities and location is close to the IGA. They provided a cooler and carts to help with shopping.

The views are breathtaking and the pictures don't do it justice. You're so close to the beach and can see most of Grace Bay. The balcony of our unit wsc large and perfect for morning coffee or lunch. We did encounter a few more bugs this trip, so buy/bring some spray, but it was just that time of year and not a big deal. (And not the hotels fault). You are right by lots of restaurants and the Saltmills so great location as well.

Even better than imagined--what a gem!

Went to Villa Renaissance for a long Thanksgiving weekend "decompression" trip with family. We were all smiles upon arrival, as the Italian Mediterranean architecture is offset beautifully by the foliage, blue pool tiles, and the aquamarine of the ocean in the background. Greeted warmly by Brickell, we were immediately made to feel welcome, and easily shown to our fantastic lodging overlooking the beach. Kudos to the concierge team of Correll and Novi--they were extremely helpful, full of great tips and recommendations, and always ready to serve. We stayed 5 nights, and our suite was exceptionally maintained by the house staff. They are worth every penny. On the beach, Reeko is the master of ceremonies, and keeps an eye on things as well. He is a good resource to line up water sports/adventures. While the oceanfront draws the most interest, there is also a very beautiful, deep, and quiet pool, with a small bar open in the late afternoon. Very nice for swimming laps also...
VR is right in the heart of the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant area, so everything is an easy walk or bike ride (bikes available at no charge from the concierge). A small but very well stocked market is about a mile away--easy on a bike, and reasonable by foot.
This facility is definitely geared to guest privacy, relaxation, and discretion.
You will not want to leave.

10th Visit to Provo, 1st Time @ VR

Just returned from another fantastic trip to Providenciales. This was our 10th visit to the island but our first time staying at Villa Renaissance. We stayed in room 604 and it was PERFECT! Jen, the owner was great and so easy to work with! Her unit was beautifully decorated and just perfect for the two of us. She had everything you possibly could need while there and the unit was spotless! Villa Renaissance might be the perfect location on Grace Bay Beach! You can easily walk to many restaurants, shopping, and even the grocery store.

Best place everrrrr

We stayed at villa for one week. So quiet so quaint, employees were great. Cordell Williams at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out. He booked trips, taxis, and gave us great ideas of what do go see on the island. Seriously, I wonder if this guy ever has a bad day. Greeted us daily by our names with a smile on his face. This guy needs a promotion or raise. Loved his work ethic. Loved the villa— and the great location.

Great Beach & Location

We had a condo for 5 days here. The room was excellent - very clean, beautiful balcony overlooking the beach, full kitchen and 2 full baths. The location is within easy walking distance of shopping and dining. Correll and Rico on the staff are very friendly and very helpful. We were there in the first week of November, so no place was crowded, but the weather was great. The only fault was the pool bar at the Renaissance - we wanted to have some Aperol Spritzes by the pool and they would not open a bottle of prosecco for us. We had to buy the whole bottle for $60 and use it up over the next few days, which we did. We also had to pay separately for each drink we had - cash only. However, the bartender almost never had change. We switched to gin & tonics, but they only had enough gin for one drink. The bar needs a lot of customer service training!
