How to Get There
Me and my husband attended a friends wedding at the weekend (Sunday 20th may) and just wanted to say how much of an amazing evening it was. We wanted to say a special thanks to Sophie behind the bar who unfortunately was on her own due to staff shortage but she handled everyone with ease and made sure everyone was served and happy. Dinner was beautiful and the waitresses couldn’t be more helpful .
Thank you for a lovely evening

Had a Murder Mystery night as a Christmas gift from my eldest son so we decided to make a night of it and booked into the hotel. In all senses we had a marvelous time. The hotel is contemporary and of a high quality. The room we had (215) was excellent, completely spot-less, credit to the room attendant! We had fabulous views, being on the corner of the building, looking out rearward across the grounds. The room had the wow factor and we were very impressed, from the size of the room to the fittings and furnishings. Beds were amazingly comfortable, would like one for my own home! Upon arrival the reception team were efficient, friendly and helpful offering a great first impression of Hogarth's. The bar staff were good and managed the many people who required service - one thing I would point out is the bar is quite pricey with a Grolsch and G&T coming out at over £11+, hotels do tend to mark up on drinks but found this a little steep. The event went like clockwork and the Hogarth's waitress staff were first class, working around the evening entertainment and with the actors from The Killing Game, everything went well. My wife found that the meal she had ordered was different to that on the table place note detail, this was mentioned and the Restaurant manageress sorted it out immediately - very impressed. The grounds are really great and have won Britain in Bloom contests and we were not surprised at that. A lovely place to stroll and take in the history of the grounds. After the Murder mystery event - which was great fun and totally recommend The Killing Game team - we sat and had a nightcap until the wee small hours chatting to two lovely young people, Bellin from Barcelona in Spain and her boyfriend whose name has slipped my memory - apologies to him if he is reading this but he was really interesting company as too was Bellin.. In the morning we had a superb full English breakfast, with the option of a Duck or Goose egg if you wished, well it would be rude not to, tick add that to the list of unusual food I have consumed over the years. The quality of the food, the environment and the service was spot-on. The waitress was first class and we have mentioned her by name on the feedback form to Hogarth's for going above and beyond.. All in all totally recommend a stay at Hogarth's Hotel, you won't be disappointed...
Went to a wedding at the beautiful Hogarths Hotel, the food was excellent the grounds and hotel stunning, the customer service was first class. Collins a member of staff fetched a blanket for my mother who was feeling the evening chilling wrapped it around her. It made her evening, she hadn't been out in 18 months due to illness and she walked around the grounds wrapped in a huge fluffy blanket, she was made up. I can't thank Collins and the other staff enough.
A very impressive hotel in lovely grounds, well decorated and furnished to give a luxury feel. Front of house staff efficient and polite, bedrooms good size and comfortable minor issue that plugs are limited and very close to desk top so bottom fitting USB adapters do not fit. Breakfast is good, recommend smoked salon and scrambled eggs. Bar is OK at night although shuts early.
The check-in was very smooth and welcoming. The room was lovely and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant food very good with friendly staff. Lauren was great!
