Expected better

Due to the reputation, I expected better service from the staff overall. The door staff & valet were great. However, the desk staff needs work. Also, when there was an issue, there was no management intervention & I did not feel valued as a rewards member.

Excellent service

I can't rave enough about the staff at this location. You must have terrific service training - so impressed! Our room was clean and amenities were appropriate. Love how everyone used our names, when we called front desk, room service, etc! You can overcome a lot by giving that special personal attention. The facilities were good and perfectly acceptable for price point - great value - but the service was beyond expectation!

The Hotel is Beautiful. The food was not the best. And the fact there were no shuttles to go right down the street was rough. I would definitely stay here again. I now know i need a rental car for my travel.

Jewel away from the insanity of Disney, but close enough to attractions

Great Facilities, Publix, Dining options (especially with kids) walking distance from hotel, well kept grounds and facilities, quiet, Kid Safe, great Workout facility, friendly staff, ultra clean rooms, great value for $$$

As would be expected the resort pricing was high, i.e. $8 beer, the buffets had good food but I thought they were over priced for what you got, we had the minestrone soup and it was very good and the bread was awesome, the grounds were nice and the staff very attentive, appreciated they gave my wife a swim cap and didn't charge anything.it had a great lazy river and 3 pools for the kids and a separate pool and hot tub for adults which was nice, I played the golf course and it was nice but then again rentals were way over priced, we wanted to play the par 3 course but it was closed for an "event" and the weather was bad the next day
