(Shrugs Shoulders) It was fine...

Room was spacious, view was nice. Bed was not very comfortable, and the mattress was more than ready to be replaced since the springs had broken down. Elevators are very efficient, and AC works well, if not a little too well.

Bathroom was large, although a big outdated (cracked sink and floor tile, and peeling finishes on some of the handles of fixtures).

Be sure to be out of your room all day though. I would be gone from 8am - 3pm each day, and my room was often not cleaned by the time I returned. Although I'd see housekeeping carts when I'd leave in the morning, they were slow to get to my room and often forgot things (like the two bottles of water, or a wipe down of the desk or bathroom floor).

Everyone who works here is very friendly. So kudos for a polite staff.

Overall, I've stayed in worse, but I've also stayed in much better. If it wasn't for work, I would have chosen a different location.

Very Nice! Loved all of the pools!

I just arrived home from a conference at this resort and I was blown away at how nice it was. I didn't do any research before attending and I have never stayed at an Omni property before so I didn't know what to expect.

Everything was clean and nicely maintained. There were so many fun outdoor activities and different types of pools. It was amazing. I also thought it was so nice that they offer the use of complimentary life jackets for little ones. Once less thing to pack.

The food in the conference center was great. How often is it that you rave about buffet food? For me, not that often. I was very impressed.

All of the meeting space was nicely maintained and in great shape.

Lastly, the staff was great. Every single person went out of their way to be helpful, cheerful, authentic and kind.

I want to go back with my family next time.

Great stay for my family
