How to Get There
Set up in the hills near Costa Adeje. Very well maintained gardens with nice views towards the sea. The pool is quite small & was regularly cleaned. Plenty of sunbeds, however you need to get down there early as there’s way too much reserving with towels going on. There are notices saying towels will be removed but they never did & sometimes beds were reserved but unused most of the day! There’s a quieter spa area with pods & double sun beds but unfortunately that was being renovated the second week of my holiday & the noise & dust meant I was unable to use my apartment terrace. Disappointingly there was no prior warning & the reception staff didn’t seem to care that it was ruining my stay! Very small gym with little in the way of equipment - you’re better off going for a run. The apartment was spacious & well equipped. There is no bath only a shower. The cleaners came most days, but not impressed with the standard of cleaning, very dusty skirtings & floors. There’s a big supermarket a 10 minute walk away but be warned it’s a very steep uphill walk, worth it tho as considerably cheaper than the onsite minimart. I enjoyed my stay but wouldn’t go back there.
Very welcoming staff, had an amazing stay and the apartments were very clean and had everything you need. Andy the rep was great fun and made us feel very welcome, would recommend the regency club to couples or family as the it had such a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Stayed 10 nights here with family lovely place all self catering needs from iron to a juicer loads of crockery and glasses, restaurant serves fantastic food at good value, all the staff from reception to waiting staff and bar were great and very friendly, Daniel the lifeguard was excellent and kept the kids amused, it is a very pretty complex although up a hill it didn't bother us taxis cheap and free bus also would highly recommend this place.
Just home from a 10 night stay here and cannot recommend enough, we stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was beautiful all the mod cons you need. We were in room number 30 which was just off the pool with a beautifully large terrace, there is also cabanas and egg chairs right outside but unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use them as they were redoing the flooring. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, all were amazing but 1 stands out for us and that’s Daniel the life guard his patience with our boys was award worthy he really took the time with them and it was much appreciated. Sooo the dreaded hill 😜 it is steep but no bother to walk down or if you struggle there’s a free bus that takes you down and back up or there’s taxis beside the hotel to between 4-6 euros. There’s 4 supermarkets close by, 1 on site, when coming out of the hotel entrance take a right and there’s a bigger one with more selection also Dino is down to costs between the left then there’s the grand sur shopping centre with a variety of shops and restaurants with a large supermarket on the ground floor, it is a steep walk back but if I can do it you can to haha! The food was beautiful and the waiting staff were fantastic to :) all in all this place lived up to our expectations and more! Highly recommended.
The hotel was awful, we've moved to another hotel in the resort for the rest of our holiday as we couldn't stay here any longer. We had a sofa bed which we were not aware of, the shower didn't work half the time and if it did it was a dribble of either boiling or freezing water, our room was filthy when we arrived, hairs and make up all over the sofa bed. Kitchen hadn't been cleaned & there were ants everywhere. Also a very long walk out of the resort and up a huge hill. Definitely would not recommend, there are a lot nicer hotels for a similar price.
