How to Get There
Great welcome from both, Derek and Claudiu. Very friendly and a great selection of drinks.. The food was delicious and overall service was brilliant.. first time here and will definitely be back, if not just for cocktails, will be for the staff !!
Nice hotel, centrally located to everything and rooms good. Just come home from a 2 night stay, and the hotel (I think) was completely full. Quite noisy on Saturday night with lots of banging and being in a connecting room (why we were put in one of these seeing as it was just the 2 of ur staying, I don’t know!!) a lot of groups arrived on the Sunday who again were very noisy, but then I realised it was graduation week so no wonder the hotel was full. None of this is really the hotel’s fault and there was no reason to complain.
We've spent here one night and it was a nice experience - the room was of good size, the bathroom is on the small side, but it has everything one would need. The room and bathroom were clean. True, there was some street and bar noise, but not too bad. Breakfast was OK - if you are into your full English. If not then the selection is not big. Staff was friendly
Date of my stay was the 11th May and is the third time I have stayed at the hotel. I would like to say how professional and welcoming the staff are. The room is very clean and comfortable. Central to the shopping area with great views from the room. Breakfast is all that you would expect, couldn't fault it at all.
This hotel is a great location. My room on the 9th floor was clean and tidy. It overlooked the train lines which was a bit noisy. The walls were thin and heard the people next to me. I didn’t have a room service menu in my room and had to ring reception to get one and it took them quite a while to bring one up. Then when I did order room service it was busy (England game) but the people on reception were friendly and helpful and put my order through for me :-)
