Hotel Cala Sant Vicenç boasts a tranquil location on the northernmost coast of Mallorca, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Surrounded by lush and leafy countryside, this family-run hotel, with its gardens and swimming pool, provides the perfect place to kick back and unwind, while its proximity to the coast gives you easy access to four turquoise bays – Barques, Clara, Molins and Carbó – ideal for soaking up some sun and splashing around in the crystal-clear waters.
After a day of cycling, walking, bird watching or horseback riding, head back for an exquisite dinner in the hotel’s Cavall Bernat restaurant, where the menu reflects its coast-meets-mountains surroundings; the incredible herb-encrusted rack of lamb or the divine lobster with broken potatoes are good places to start. How to Get There
From the moment we pulled up outside we could not fault the amazing service. We were welcomed as old friends and the check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well.
All the little details were done beautifully. ie freshly squeezed Spanish orange juice for breakfast, excellent coffee and eggs cooked to order. In fact all the food was excellent.
This hotel is the place to go for some rest and relaxation. Perfectly situation between Polenca and Port de Polenca. Not forgetting that Cala San Vincent itself has some nice restaurants and bars.
We especially loved the staff and personal service they provided. I don’t recall having to give our room number again after the first time.
We will definitely return.
Stayed at this 5* luxury hotel last week, and what a hidden gem it is. Only about 40 rooms & suites, but very comfortable with all the extras you would expect.
The gardens and pool area are beautiful and a credit to the Gardeners to keep everything so fresh and green in such ferocious heat 14 hrs a day.
The staff are so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
All the food we had was absolutely delicious, and piping hot. Could not be faulted. If there was nothing to suit you on the extensive menu, you only had to ask for something, and the chef produced it.
Cala Sant Vicenç is a very small, very quiet beautiful village, with the most spectacular coves and beaches, and crystal clear water.
We had the most relaxing week ever, and met some truly lovely people.
The Hotel and surrounding area was so quiet, you could sit by the pool or in the garden, and hear a pin drop. Absolutely perfect.
We will be returning.
I stayed at the Hotel Cala Sant Vicenç for 7 nights, bed and breakfast, in June. I have to say the hotel was spotless in all areas and the breakfast was great, both in presentation and variety. The hotel provided towels by the pool and also towels for the beach. On occasion, we ate lunch and dinner in the hotel, and again, the food was delicious. All the staff were pleasant and courteous. There’s no entertainment in the hotel, and while we were there the other guests were mainly elderly, but I expect it was the time of year we went. The resort, Cala Sant Vicenç is small and quiet, has 3 beaches and a few restaurants. Having stayed in Porte Pollença previously, we got the local bus there every other day as there was more going on. I would recommend the Hotel Cala Sanc Vicenç for a chilled and relaxing holiday.
This hotel is a tranquil haven on a busy island. The entrance and eating areas are modern and inviting. The pool area is attractive with lush borders and a small garden. The sun beds are set up every morning with a thin mattress and clean blue and white towels. There are plenty beds and no rush for them, very civilised in fact. The atmosphere is very calm.
The breakfast has a full range of fruit, cheese, ham, pastries, breads and cereals plus one can order a selection of hot items from the menu. Drinks are tea, coffee and fresh orange juice.
Unfortunately the room I was in was a little tired although traditional with dark wood solid furniture. It lacked storage, such as drawers but did have a wardrobe, desk and bedside cabinets.
We reported that the rug was curling up and a tripping hazard plus the bathroom door was sticking as you opened it but nothing was done about either problem.
I don't know about other rooms but my balcony was over a busy road and quite noisy, although it had comfortable chairs on it.
The staff were very friendly and appeared to be hard working. The office staff were always willing to help.
We stayed here for 7 nights and left feeling fully re changed and relaxed. It’s a gem of a hotel tucked away from the main hotels and the swimming pool is a little piece of heaven. I’m more of a beach person then a pool person but found myself firmly positioned at the pool everyday of our stay. The hotel team were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The room (105) was large and comfortable with a overly large terrace with a seating area. Breakfast was great each morning, taken outside next to the pool. Hot and cold food available with everything imaginable. Only a few minutes walk to the two beautiful beaches and some outstanding restaurants overlooking the bay. Little secret, do yourself a favour and be at the pool around midday and 5pm for a little free treat! Stay here if all you want to do it switch off and relax. We’ll be back for sure.
