Overview

A stylish five-star resort set on the white sands of Boracay, with breakfast and welcome refreshments

The Lowdown

There are generally two types of island-paradise break: the barefoot, castaway sort and the all-out haven of luxury. This exclusive retreat on tiny Boracay combines both, giving you the best of both worlds in one of the planet’s most stunning destinations.

Situated on the dazzling White Beach at Station 1 (the quiet north-western section), The Lind Boracay commands some of the most postcard-perfect sea views on the island. Walk mere footsteps from your spacious room to swim in the calm, shallow waters of the west coast and mix it up with a splash in the infinity and beach-level pools.

Self-styled as a ‘lifestyle hotel’, The Lind Boracay’s idyllic location is not the only card it has to play. As well as being supremely easy on the eye with contemporary interiors and sculptured architecture, there’s a luxe spa, modern dining and a duo of relaxed cocktail spots. We’re not the only ones to rave about it, either. The Lind Boracay is listed in the Top 25 Luxury Hotels in the Philippines in TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards 2017, scooping fifth place.

We stayed at The Lind in August and what a fantastic Hotel it is. After arriving at Caticlan airport, The Lind Staff meet you and take you to the bus which then goes to the port, then a private speed boat awaits you to take you to the island of Boracay. Another bus then takes you directly to the Hotel. This was a fantastic service on the buses and boat, so I said to my Wife and Daughter I think this Hotel is going to be great. We were greeted at the Hotel to be called Sir Richard (my first name), and even when we decided to have one of our evening meals in the restaurant all the Staff knew our name, plenty of whom I had not met at that point. The food and beverage manager Rommel looked after us like we were royalty at meal times. Even the head Chef came out the Kitchen to speak to my Wife at breakfast times. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world but this is my favourite and most enjoyable. We were there for a week and we are already planning a return visit next year!
The room was superb on the 4th floor, with beach views, and unlimited bottled water. We had our Wedding Anniversary when we were there and we arranged a special celebration meal overlooking the sunset with a private waiter. Totally fantastic and thoroughly recommend a visit. The picture was taken from the Hotel.

The Lind's 5 Star Experience! ????

First of all. I've known Lind since I knew someone who works here. And I will not be a bias in any way. Of course since I am also looking forward to see it for myself since I am a huge fan of beautifully constructed buildings and establishments, I get to finally experience it myself. I've been invited to see the infinity pool area upstairs and to also try and dine and have coffees at their roof deck. My first visit was with my good friends and fellow traveller's from Mad Monkey Hostel. A local celebrity, Karl Gabriel and a Fil-Italian friend, Ryan. Since we are so tired of walking just to see the beautiful sunset in front beach, I suggested that maybe we should try Lind's finest menus for they have variety of local and international cuisines to choose from! Or maybe have coffee at the roof deck. Then we headed to the front lobby and bar area. Right there we are welcomed with a local acoustic band playing while some are having their early dinner. Then we asked for a few choices of which food or cuisine we can get for dinner. We were assisted by their most friendly staff taking us to the elevator and showed us the way to top. And when we reached the top we were welcomed with a view from their beautifully made small waiting areas and also their reception. We get to see our perfect spot from there. Ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate as our first choice. As walk in's we were so surprised by their kind gesture as if we are also staying at their hotel. Then, one of their staff at the cafe even gave us cold perfumed towels for our hands. That was a plus for me as well! I am loving every second of our minimal stay and it was very relaxing! Eventhough it's already night time and we didn't get to see the views, it was still a cozy and relaxing stay for the 3 of us. We enjoyed our coffees with huge coffee mugs and even for my hot chocolate! It was quick but we all had a great time. Second visit was also with a local friend. Who is also a coffee, pastry and food critique like me. We get to see somehow, that perfect view for the sunset. It was so beautiful! The Lind never failed to live up to my high expectations! We even offered a 5 minute dry massage and was great! Everything we experience there was superb and beyond expectations! After all we are just simply walk-in's. This is my best experience so far in Boracay. I would love to comeback everytime! If I am lucky enough, I will be celebrating My 28th Birthday at their famous buffet by the pool experience. I was approached by one of their most friendly staff, too bad I forgot her name and gave me a calling card as an invitation. Everything you would want to put in your bucket list experience is here! Beautiful hotel, smells good everywhere, floral uniforms of the staff, smiling faces of everyone! Artsy made interiors! Can't help to compare this to my previous real estate projects! Branded interior furnishings in and out combined with a local twist! And 5 Stars of everything! The Lind is a must visit for every tourist/traveller's with fine taste and into deatils. And of course when you're paying high, it all comes with a perfect experience! Hands down! Keep it up and more power! God bless!

Great new resort

We spent a week in this lovely resort. We booked a beach room and a private pool room, we ended up in beach front room and a room with the smallest pool that has no privecy at all as walkers by can see U in the pool.
Check in takes long time and it feels longer because of no AC in the reception area.
Hourly free shuttle bus to the D mall is a plus.
Breakfast time was my favorite as they serve the best and I mean the BEST breakfast. We tried dinner one time and it was less than average !!
The beach , as everywhere in the Philippines, is public, sandy beach .

Their pride is the infinity pool where the sunset view is incredible, some time they close it for special occasion!

Staff are extremely nice and expect tips.
THANKS TO ALL.
