Unsafe, unsecured, lack of trainings

They can't control their alarming and aggressive guest even the guest already did a public scandal and threating using a cane and shouting all over the place, they did nothing. Other hotels usually kick out the ones that are physicall and verbally abusive guests, but they didnt. They also dont know how to empathize to the victims right in front of them. They didnt gave water for the old man to come down and they lack well trained security guards. Their security was just like bystanders watching and they cant even defend us from the offenders who almost hit us. The room is nice and all. But the hospitality was poor, and security is terrible. The manager was just blank and did nothing even to give complimentary food for dinner or transfer of room just to be safe from the offenders, even though they knew that the guests offended were in trauma about what happened and cant get out of their room. Thanks for the police though they were a bit late was needed to be fetched by us, the guests. Bad vacay

We loved you guys!

We had the best time at Boracay. We were exceptionally happy with our choice of hotel the Mandarin. The staff were all very friendly and always happy. We were only there for a few days but in that time we felt like part of the Mandarin family. Would defiantly go back. A huge shout out to all the restaurant staff and security. Thank you for making our stay extra special
Hope to see you all again, Melinda and Michelle from Australia

The Boracay Mandarin Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Boracay for your vacation. I was recently there for three days and three nights with my family, and we had a wonderful visit. The staff picked us up directly from the airport, and helped us with the luggage up to our rooms. There is an amazing pool you see immediately when walking in, with lounge chairs. The location is perfect; the restaurant (good breakfast and dinner) is two steps from the beautiful beach. Shopping and other restaurants are easily accessible. The live band that sang/played there all three nights we stayed was incredibly talented.

The rooms were very nice, with a balcony, and very clean. The hotel has purified water (very important!) available for refill in two big glass bottles, and clean towels, robes, and flip flops for an optimal experience in the room. There is an AC unit the room with a remote control. Everything about your stay in the hotel feels like comfort and luxury.

On top of it all, the staff is caring, helpful, and accommodating. My cousin and I were having stomach pains when we arrived, and the restaurant staff specially cooked up a pot of lugaw (rice/ginger soup) that they brought up to our room, along with tea. It was so sweet and helpful, and the staff remembered us to ask how we were feeling when they saw us. They were very accommodating for my uncle and aunt, who both walk with canes, about getting them a room on the ground floor, and more.

Overall, if you stay here, it will be a very personal and wonderful experience! I want to go back already!
