Could of been a five

We had a large group staying in different villas - the accommodation was perfect and the fact that we could make noise and not get told off - sounds silly but we are a noisy lot and being beach front was perfect as no one could hear us.
When we had stayed as a smaller group by the swimming pool - some guests complained starting at 6.00 pm.
So our beach front position was perfect for the extra money we spent.
The staff was amazing - special mention
To Jason the bar tender whom makes great cocktails
To beautiful Rose - you are a star
Renee - just as beautiful as always
Luke the security guard - some a humble caring grateful man
Your management need to give you a bonus as we have been coming to Rarotonga and staying at the Crown for the past four years and you are always amazing. Management even if you shout a meal for them and their families.

I think the only change would be the breakfast - sorry to say
Baked beans from a can - to me is a cheap no no.
Mushrooms bacon awesome
The hash browns felt like the oil had not been changed for a while - tasted like beef fat - how about fried potatoes instead
Danishes used to be everyday we only had them once in the 6 days,
This is not the staffs fault but management- I think the breakfast needs to be addressed - I know fruit is not cheap to buy - but usually they had bananas and pineapple - we had none at any of the breakfasts.
Don’t get me wrong the crown is awesome - just upgrade the breakfast and I would have given you a 5

Almost perfect!

We stayed here for our honeymoon in September and splurged for the courtyard room with private pool. Unfortunately the private pools weren't heated and were way too cold to swim in. However it was still nice to have the private courtyard to relax in.

Buffet breakfast was good with several options.

Room itself was typical for this style hotel. Waterfall shower was the best I've used (i'm not normally a fan of them!).

You will need a hire car, as most of the main attractions and restaurants are on other side of the island.

If I came back I would probably stay somewhere a little closer to Muri.

A truely fantastic resort, with delightful friendly people. Great food and service. Our room (10) was located by the pool and the restaurant. Walk through to the beach. Very clean and safe. buffet breakfast included all cooked options and included in the room rate. Huge pizza $20. across the road is the tuk tuk tour ride so easy and accessible. Spacious rooms with kitchen facilities and microwave are handy. Rooms are individual units in traditional island style, separated from each other with private areas. Very impressed
