Heavenly Haven in Machu Picchu

Unbelievable luxury boutique hotel! I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Machu Picchu. Incredible staff beautiful location and cuisine and service impeccable. Very accommodating and in house Shaman Daniel is fabulous

A little above average

We went with my husband and 2 kids as part of our trip to Machu Picchu and Cusco. The room was just ok. The sliding doors would not close all the way, so we were concerned with bugs entering the room. Rightly so when we saw the Raid plug in canister on the nightstand, we figured bugs were a problem. The restaurant downstairs was trying to be fancy, but the dishes were not good. The tv was difficult to use and the front desk did not offer foreign currency exchange. I’m sure it’s better than most of the hotels in the area, but it was a let down for us.

Moved here from other hotel. So posh

Stay here, that’s all you need to know.
We reserved a different hotel, but left due to issues with two rooms. Stayed here on a mobile discount rate. Wow what a difference. My 70 year old mom loved it. Just stay here, you won’t regret it.
