Located on the site of a 12-century convent, the AC Palacio de Santa Paula shows an appreciation for its deep roots throughout. The 75 guestrooms and suites have sherbert orange accent walls and feature traditional stonework and dark wooden furnishings that nod to their Andalucian heritage, but also offer modern conveniences travelers expect such as air conditioning, room service and hardwood floors. The central cloister, which is part of the original Santa Paula convent, is the hotel’s central showpiece and the perfect spot for a summer drink or afternoon concert.
