This was the first stop on a 3-week vacation which included our first transatlantic cruise... we absolutely LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect. The room size was (we didn't know it at the time) was also great. The staff was wonderful, they went above and beyond. They had our tickets to the bullfights when we checked in; they recommended a great flamenco dinner show (the food was amazing!!) - top notch staff! The breakfast on the top floor was plentiful for all taste buds. The train station is right across from this wonderful hotel, which was so convenient as we were travelling via rail to Barcelona.

Not an ounce of regret!

Booked this hotel because it's so close to the Main Rail way station in Madrid. We came via AVE from Barcelona, booked our Toledo AVE (would not recommend a toledo day trip if you're staying less than 5 days in Madrid) for our 2nd Day and planned to take the train to aeropuerto t4 for our return flight. The hotel design is vintage inspired, beautiful. The Staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. We booked a deluxe room but were given an upgrade to the superior room because the hotel was fully booked - big thanks! It has a nice lobby lounge and a rooftop restaurant were you can have your buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night drinks - just lovely! The location is great too! Walking distance (we enjoy walking) to all the major parks, landmarks and museums. Would gladly book Only You hotel atocha if we decide to revisit madrid!

I chose the hotel for its location and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and trendy atmosphere; front desk staff was excellent; the room comfortable and clean. I had a lovely dinner. Just one minor: although there’s was a nespresso machine in the room there were unfortunately no capsules ...

This hotel is wonderful. We are in a junior suite which is awesome. Very spacious and beautiful. The service from reception is exceptional. We also would like to say thank you to Sarah Moya who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. If we ever come back to Madrid we definitely will stay here again. Wonderful experience. Altough not right in the centre. The centre is easy reachable as the train station is on the other side if the road. You can get to the Metro immediately at the front door. Hop on hop off is also close by. One alse can walk to the centre, not so far.
This hotel is a definite must. Ria and Roland Pucher
