Cool little hotel

Stayed for two nights with friends, perfect location within walking distance of shops, sights and great restaurants. Staff at reception and the bar were so helpful! We had a grand via view room which was clean, comfortable and had a great little balcony. Would stay again!

Boutique cool, excellent value and location

Our last stop in our driving tour of Spain, this hotel has a hip lobby, updated decor while retaining Old World character (we had the antique, iron-gated elevator to go to our room) That is pretty much what we look for, besides convenient to transportation and walkable to sights on our list. We got a comfortable bed, good wifi, modern plumbing and not super small rooms. We did not opt for the breakfast package because I read and concur that there are many dining options nearby, and there is just plenty of marvelous food to try in Spain. Having signed up for the H10 (Member Rewards) Club gave us a discount off their web-direct price. Overall, we had a nice stay here.

Perfect location

This boutique hotel has very quiet and modern rooms. They were recently renovated with new soundproof windows so you don't mind being on a busy street. My room had very tall ceilings giving an luxury feel. The breakfast was very good.

Great property in fabulous location!

Rooms facing Gran Via were very comfortable, with a Nespresso machine and free wifi. . Breakfast was very good; They offer a glass of champagne on arrival, as well as pastries, coffee and cookies for early check-out
The best? their toiletries! They have the brand "Rituals" for shampoo, lotion, etc and I just loved it! Up to the point to google the name of these products, I went to the store and bought a nice collection!
Overall, a great experience!

Compact but very nice

This is a well located hotel in Madrid. However, the Gran Via is under extensive construction at present, which can cause challenges for drop-off and pick-up. Our room was nice, but extremely compact. We did not have exterior windows, but rather our windows faced an interior courtyard. There is a nice, modern bath. Our bed was two twins placed together, which rolled apart rather too easily. Normally I set up my laptop on the desk but there was insufficient room to do this comfortably in the room's confined space. Wifi was excellent. Plenty of electrical outlets were provided and were well located. Breakfast was included and excellent. The staff was very accommodating.
