To sum it up: "Dear, hotel" offers nice rooms, excellent staff and a good location, which makes it a hotel I can definitely recommend!
Dear Hotel is very clean, modern and simple - rooms are comfortable and quiet. The location is ideal - only 2 steps from the entrance to the Metro, and walking distance to the major sights of Madrid. The area to the north-east of the hotel (Malasaña) has got wonderful restaurants and bars. The staff (particularly Alicia and Beatriz) were very helpful with checking in and recommending restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!
Amazing location and very clean room. Nice rooftop bar. We will definitely come back on our next visit. Small rooms though sufficient for a couple. Great shower and big towels. Robes were given as well
We were 5 girls and booked 2 rooms. The rooms were ready at noon as we arrived, and they even upgraded the 3 girls room and took care of every wish we had. The rooms are quite big, very clean and has all the facilities you need (even free batles of water). The hotel is located perfectly at the end of Gran-Via right on the metro station of plaza de espana. The bar on the 14th floor has a great view of the city and a delicious meals. The only unfortunate thing was the taxi's rate we booked in advance for 68€ (twice the price we paid on our way back 30€). Highly recommended!
