How to Get There
We stayed here for 2 nights everything was amazing the room the staff and best of all the lounge area were you can hang out and enjoy the free snacks and drinks the only one negative thing is it’s a bit far from down town but you can take the metro it’s couple blocks away definitely recommend this hotel
It is for sure the best hotel in Madrid, we have been invited a free lunch near the lounge.
Spacious rooms and amazing shower, and quite close to he airport. Really appreciated the gym service as well.
Beautiful room, lovely staff and the detail to the 24 hour food bar is brilliant - lots of fresh and veggie. We were only there for 1 night on the way to the airport but a short stroll away is a really friendly tapas bar with an amazing mural on the back wall.
We stayed here three nights. We loved the hotel. One of the better hotels on our two week trip in Europe. It isnt close to many things but we walked to the mall a couple of times. The neighborhood felt very safe. We walked to the tram station one day as well. The other day we used Uber, about €15 to city center (Sol to be exact). There are a couple restaurants in the area but we didnt try them.
The hotel is super clean and modern. Staff speaks good english. Were all very helpful, even helped me change a airport pickup time by calling them. Their food bar is well stocked all day. The breakfast had a very large aray of options of fresh food, and cooked to order eggs/meats. It was a little disappointing not having a supper option in the hotel other than the simple prepared sandwiches and snacks. But we knew it ahead of time.
I would absolutely stay here again! For sure. Thank you so much to the staff!
Hotel location is quite away from the center but can get bus and get there quickly without fuss and bus change.
The bus stop is opposite the hotel entrance. Hotel is very high standard with large very comfy beds. Complementary snacks, wine, beer. Great breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff speaking also English.
Large rooms, furnitured with taste and solid.
Definitely will stay there and would recommend to a friend. Also met a great traveler there. Awesome experience.
