How to Get There
Currently staying at this hotel - Was excited to stay at a beach hotel in Naples with my family, but this hotel leaves a lot to wish for.
The hotel is run down, the main issue being the strong odor in common areas and rooms. The furniture smells like old stored antiques, to the point I preferred to leave my clothing inside my luggage.
Also a little insulting to charge me for beach chairs at a beach hotel... what am I missing?
Would not recommend this hotel or stay here again. Too bad because living in Florida, this seemed like a great escape.
Resort has a beautiful beach and great location. Service is pretty good. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants food quality is bad and expensive. However, since it has a great location you have many other options for restaurants outside the last cation.
This hotel has everything to offer - I was pleasantly surprised to have a turn down service in the evening, the bar, food, beach were all excellent - if there is 1 piece of criticism it would be the cost of 2 sunbeams and 1 umbrella for $44 per day !
Being called a beach hotel you would think the loungers would be free for hotel guest's
Location was fine - not walking distance but a short uber/slidr was cheap enough not to worry about - takes around 10 mins to get to 5th Ave.
The sunset from the bar and beach are a must see !!
Wonderful location right on the beach. If you were looking for a great location with beach access as well as great entertainment and food, this is the place. We go here often for some of the concerts that they have on the green space. But the dining right next to the beach is second to none.
We stayed here the middle of May for just a quick get away. We had an ocean view room which provided a nice view of the water from the balcony. Yes the resort is older, but offered everything you would need. The room had everything we needed from a great shower and comfortable bed. We had one issue with our fridge, but one call to the front desk and it was handled very quick. The drink prices are a little high but your not at an AI so really no need to drink that much. We ate at the restaurant on site one night and really it seemed pricey but you got plenty to eat, we spend that at home going out. Also the food at the beach bar gave you lots to eat, enough to split with someone for a lite lunch. The parking is easy if the hotel isn't full, but there were 2 weddings going on that Saturday so we did have to valet our car but it was fine. I know the hotel is going to be torn down in a few years to renovate for a different type of feel and add condos. It would be nice if they only took small parts down at a time so people could still come and enjoy this beachfront property.
