An exceptional find
Reviewed 12 hours ago

Although not “on the beach” this boutique hotel is on a pretty lake. The staff is extremely professional and the hotel is immaculate. The included breakfast is plentiful and delicious. An easy uber to the Ritz to enjoy a dinner on the water. Plenty of shops around within walking distance for any necessities you might need. The pool has lots of seating and is a great spot for an afternoon swim and drink. The room has a “Tommy Bahama” feel with such a pretty decor. You will not be disappointed.

Great, relaxing, perfect vacation

My wife and I stayed the past three days and only wish we could have stayed longer. If we tried to find fault with one thing, we can’t. The staff, the hotel accommodations, the room accommodations were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was not just a “normal buffet” one would expect, but rather a fancy delicious buffet. The afternoon ice cream cart around the pool was just an added touch. Can’t wait to book our next stay at the Inn at Pelican Bay

A very bad experience
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Last January my wife and I had a very bad experience in this hotel, after We left the hotel, the management of the hotel charged us a penalty fee of US$ 200.00, because according to them we have smoked in the room, however, we have never smoked in our lives. It is a total absurd, but as we live in Brazil they think that they can do everything, believing that we will accept this prosecution and we will not complain, but Although we living in Brazil, if possible, through a toxicology exame We will prove that we have never smoked in our lives and for sure we will sue the hotel.

Nice boutique hotel

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was pleased with the facility and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel pool is somewhat small but nice and outside grounds are well groomed. The breakfast was a nice bonus and the staff was friendly. This is a hotel that gets a lot of business traffic so keep that in mind if you're visiting for liesure.
However that being said, I would stay here again on my next trip to Naples.

Very Good

I stayed here for one night on a business trip so I didn’t get to experience a lot of the features of the hotel but what this review will focus on is the room. The room was charmingly furnished and while not huge had everything you could need and was well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was quite good. And the most important thing - the room was clean, clean, clean. Top to bottom everything felt immaculate. This level of cleanliness is hard to find these days in hotels and I was impressed. If you are a discerning traveler who values that type of attention to detail - you can rest east here. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully next time would get to enjoy their pool etc.
