Incredible Stay
Reviewed 3 days ago

My family and I stayed here early this month and I can't say enough about this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful and the decor is sophisticated, clean, and welcoming. There is cucumber water in the lobby all day. They also have coffee and some snacks I think too.

The rooms are beautiful and the linens are so comfy and soft! You won't want to get out of bed.

The staff was incredible. They answered every question and went above and beyond multiple times. I got sick during our stay and they helped my husband get tea bags for me late at night and gave me salt to take to my room to gargle. Whenever the staff saw us they said hi and inquired how we were. Any issue we had was quickly resolved.

Breakfast is included. It's a simple but nice spread. I personally loved that they had big bowls of fresh berries instead of just bananas or apples.

The only little "complaint" I would bring up is that the bar/breakfast area inside only has bar stools (plush and comfy with backs!) and high top tables so if you have someone who is older or maybe very young they may have trouble with this. There are normal tables but they are all outside the deck which may be difficult for the same age ranges in it's own way depending on how hot it gets.

I never made it to the pool but my mom did almost every day and she told me they have big jugs of different SPF sunscreen available out there which I thought was just the nicest touch.

We weren't really there for the beach but they do have a electric "buggy" that will take you there if that is your thing.

Again I can't say enough about the staff they were quick and efficient and generous. They seemed to really care about each customer and their stay. I've never felt so at home in a hotel before. Disney's staff could take a lesson from the staff at the Inn at Pelican Bay.

The hotel is very close to 2 movie theatres, an upscale outdoor mall, whole food, cvs/Walgreens, publix, and some amazing restaurants.

Thanks for a wonderful time we will remember it for years to come!

Beautiful hotel and great staff!

We stayed here on Labor Day weekend, and couldn't have chosen a better place. Our room was super clean, although we reserved a city view and got a roof view 😱I guess we could have asked to be moved but it was only two nights and just decided to enjoy the hotel and Naples as we always do. We went down to the bar to wait for the rest of the family and had the best time with Jeff the bartender, he was simply awesome and prepared the best drinks we have had in awhile. But it didn't end there the following day Erick was the bartender and he too was just awesome! The hotel is very well maintained and the entire staff was so very helpful and went way beyond expectations. A must stay for anyone that wants to see beautiful Naples, from couples to families, The Inn at Pelican Bay is a must!

Great Boutique Hotel

We loved this hotel. From beginning to end it was top notch service. Others should learn from this hotel as to how it is done right. The only minor thing was obvious spots in our room that could of been cleaned better such as the shoe rack under the hallway bench and the doors to the closet where the safe is kept. Small but important to visitors...

Will recommend to friends.

From the moment you walk into the Inn you know there is something special about this place. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our stay and offered a great spread of options from hard boiled eggs to pancakes we started our day with a full belly! They offer cucumber water which was a very nice touch. Pool area is beautiful overlooking the lake. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with plenty of room. Love the hardwood floors, soft sheets, and comfy bed.

There is a resort fee and I generally avoid staying at places that have a charge however, the minimal fee was worth it. With accommodations that are offered the resort fee is no big deal. Although we did not use it-they offer a beach buggy for beach access.

Overall our stay was lovely! Wish we could stay there longer and will be back. The small details make a huge difference.

Great place to stay in northern Naples

My wife and I stayed at the Inn At Pelican Bay in April, 2018 and had a great time there. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly so it was a great stay all the way around.
