How to Get There
I booked a family room sometime in advance via Hotels.com four our family of 4. We checked in for a night on our way from Clearwater to Miami.
I was so excited as I had read the reviews but we were disappointed to find they had invoiced us for an additional person. I went to the front desk and had this removed from our bill. Yet it left a bad taste in my mouth. No apology was offered on the morning when I raised the initial issue. I mentioned it again when checking out and Mandy apologised. Just not good enough.
The hotel is nice and has good facilities. Nearby you can find some wonderful restaurants. Breakfast is not worth your time and mostly sugary goods so perfect should you wish to load up on sugar to start your day.
I would not return nor would I reccomended this property.
Travelled down for 4 days to get a break from Disney and we weren’t disappointed. A wonderful welcome and the team took time to show us the hotels ammenities which was a nice touch. Lovely fresh feeling clean room overlooking the lake. The reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that there were a few negatives for us. Firstly the location is not in central Naples and there is nothing around the hotel that can be reached by walking hence we had to use the car or Uber to get around. The hotel has no restaurant which we found very unusual and again we had to travel or walk at least 15 mins to get to restaurants. Breakfast was mainly a selection of sweet pastries which wasn’t to our taste so we gave that a miss each day and went to the nearby supermarket. Housekeeping was not 100%, several days we found bits all over the floor, used glassses had not been washed nor replaced nor was the shower gel so again we had to buy that from the supermarket. Drinks are very limited during the day as the bar does not open until 4pm. There is tea and coffee available with a few soft drinks in an ice bucket but we fancied a cocktail at lunchtime one day but couldn’t get one so again had to go outside of the hotel. It is a lovely hotel but if we visited Naples again in the future, I think we would chose a more central hotel
We have just got home from our holiday at Inn At Pelican Bay . What a gem of a hotel. We were there for 10 nights and it was wonderful. The front desk staff were all great Jeff -Robert -Steve the General Manager and Tonie who was the night concierge . The position of the hotel was great and most mornings we took the buggy to the beach. They provide you with chairs umbrellas towels and water which was great. Our room overlooked the lake and it was very peaceful. I booked this hotel because of the great reviews it got and everyone’s views were correct. Would recommend anyone to stay there.
We stayed at this hotel over Christmas 2018. It was only meant to be a few days before moving elsewhere, but I was taken ill & couldn’t travel.
The management were lovely & although they were fully booked, they managed to give us a room at a great rate for a further 3 nights.
The hotel is just beautifully furnished with french style armchairs & plush sofas in the reception area. A small bar area with tall seating tables & chairs also doubles as the breakfast area in the mornings; there is also Outdoor patio seating.
The bedrooms are beautiful furnished with dark wooden furniture against white walls. The beds are very comfortable with 4 pillows. Bathrooms (we had 2 rooms during our stay) are large & clean.
Breakfast has a wide choice of porridge, make your own waffles, yoghurts, pastries & fruit.
The staff are like a family to each other. They are friendly, polite & well rehearsed at catering to their guests.
Thank you ALL of you in the hotel from Saatchi & Chris.
Will we return... of course!! We thoroughly recommend this hotel & its employees.
First time at the Inn and a great place to stay.
Staff was outstanding and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast gave a great and delicious selection. A wonderful place to stay at.
Won't hesitate to stay there again.
Will highly recommend.
