How to Get There
I can to get away from normal /busy everyday life, and I truly got there by coming to this resort. I loved being able to get to the beach a half mile from the resort and enjoy the pool at the girl as well!
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and helped with a trip to the beach. Found out they even have bikes to loan out. Pool area clean and great happy hours. Staying on 4th floor got us free breakfast.
Visted here on hot may. External visage is complimented with nice cool recpetion. Room was a junior suite. Very nice with a decent add on sitting room . Bed was like a giant pillow. Bathroom ok, but no dressing gowns. Junior suites typical overlook the front of the hotel, though it's not noisy. The area around the hotel is really smart and tidy with some high end shops a short walk away. Hotel restaurant was nice- good steaks and the service outstanding. Breakfast in the same restaurant was also very good and wasn't added on to dimond members bill (like some hotels in florida). Executive lounge small, alcoholic beverages are nominal extra, food was very nice and lovely presented. Easy access to Pool, but has limited number of umbrellas thou. Overal we found very pleasent and would happily go back.
My spouse and I celebrated a 5-day weekend at the Hilton. Although I have stayed here and other local hotels in the past; the Hilton Naples continues to be one of the best in the area. Our early flight into Fort Meyers had us arriving prior to the room being ready, so we changed into swim attire and used the pool facilities. The room was ready about an hour later and we were upgraded to the executive level for being HH Diamond; room had chocolate covered strawberry’s and a small bottle of Champagne complements of the hotel. Our Diamond also gave us access to the executive lounge & morning breakfast at Shula’s Steak House. Entire staff from the bellman, front desk, cleaning, restaurants, etc. gave top notch service with a smile. Each day we took advantage of the free bike usage, along with water, chairs for beach, etc. Parking was free, although you really did not need a vehicle; as plenty of shops, stores, restaurants are within walking distance. Shula’s is located in the lobby and we had a fantastic dinner for our anniversary. They even gave us a piece of key lime pie to take back to our room for dessert. We could not get a late check-out, due to the hotel being busy; thus, we hung around the pool for a few hours until we headed for the airport. (Worst Delta flight ever!) No fault of the hotel; but our only complaint was Saturday night, a group of 30-40 family members (guests?), took over the executive lounge until closing, followed by taking over the pool area with food & drink for the entire evening. This is a first-class hotel that continues to get better each time we visit.
Hotel is in a great location. Easy to get to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Only complaint would be bathroom needs to be renovated, but otherwise great choice in Naples.
