All-suite escape right on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico

The Lowdown

The one-and two-bedroom suites (complete with kitchens, grills, flatscreen TVs, and balconies) make this property more like 125 beachfront vacation homes than a hotel. Beyond the rooms, the rest of the resort has all the comforts of hotel living: two heated pools, a fitness center, a pool bar for casual lunches, and Coast, an upscale restaurant right on the shore that specializes in local, sustainable seafood, and organic vegetables. And then, of course, there’s the concierge team who can take the work out of planning a vacation, arranging for fishing or scuba tips, concert tickets, or dinner reservations on Naples’ swank Fifth Avenue.

In the Area

An elegant Southwest Florida city set along miles of white sand beaches, Naples, boasts family-friendly fun with the pleasant Naples Zoo and the Sun-n-Fun Lagoon Waterpark, sporting adventures, and myriad opportunities for adventures in shopping, whether on the boutique and restaurant-lined main drag of Fifth Avenue South or in the swanky designer stores of the Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay.

Great beach experience over Presidents weekend
Reviewed 1 day ago

We came with another family for a long weekend to escape the Midwest cold. We were impressed by the great service we got at the private hotel beach - thank you especially to Luis and Jeff for making sure we got our chairs and umbrellas set up daily and for your terrific manners while you were multitasking with several families all day long! Great example for young employees anywhere, and you made our beach experience seamless.
Also saw dolphins every day and great stretch for a long beach walk and shell collecting.

Came across Edgewater when the hotel that was housing our conference sold out; and so glad they did! We had a great experience! We stayed in a king gulf view room in the Tower. Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food okay. (Note: kitchen/room service closes at 10pm). Have two heated pools: lap pool and lounging/soaking. Beach was beautiful with great service. Hotel good for business, couples, & families. Absolutely beautiful sunsets!!

The hotel was lovely. The pool and drinks were phenomenal. I was not happy about $5 dollar for coffee for breakfast , when the menu was reasonably priced. The room was cleaned a bit late at 1:30 pm. Next time get the free coffee at the lobby before heading for breakfast.

Unbelievable service. They exceeded all our expectations. Employees are top notch, enjoy what they do and treat each customer as if they were the only ones. Photos are exactly what is shown. Clean and large rooms. There’s only 3 hotels located on the beach. So it didn’t feel overwhelming with tourist, like Siesta Keys or Clearwater. Great staff outside, with outside snacks or lunch. Bartenders are fun. Decided to try the restaurant one night for dinner instead of dealing with the crowd on 5th Avenue. Again, not to be disappointed. Best meal ever. Chef is outstanding. Brendha; our server was engaging and dealt with my husband dietary restriction from the menu.
This hotel is great for walking street side or beachside. Prefer to bike, they have rentals on property. This hotel is worth every Penney. Just book it!

Fantastic stay. Highly recommended

From we stepped in to we left again everything was top. It started with a room upgrade to one of the ocean front facing rooms on 6th floor. The room was fantastic; beautiful, beach style furniture (would have wished we could have brought some of it back with us to Denmark) and we could spot dolphins from our balconies (had 2). Great pool area, fantastic beach and beach service (thank you Allan/Adrian?). One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Thank you very much to the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Best regards
Lone and Henrik
