How to Get There
We were really disappointed with the state of our room. Broken kitchenalia, poor level of kitchen equipment. Generally dirty and grubby, outdated and dark. There was even a massive crack in the tike in front of the toilet of the second bathroom. This could only be taped as there was no tile to repair. The rooms basically need refurbishing and modernising.
We tried to contact the hotel via email to discuss these issues but the manager made no attempt to talk to us.
There was also construction going on very close to the pool area affecting the atmosphere, with noise from heavy trucks dumping aggregate and backing up.
The resort does offer a "free" shuttle bus which was good but the resort fee seems to cover this cost. Overall poor value for money and I would not recommend this resort to a friend.
When we pulled up, the outside of the hotel was beautiful and welcoming. Once inside, we felt like we were coming home to family. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodated our every need. We especially loved Ron, Larry, Robin and Dana!!!! Every suggestion including places to eat and visit were spot on. My husband and two teenager girls felt the same way. Our days went by so quickly and we were so sad when it came time to leave, but we can't wait to visit again. You will enjoy your stay here.
On our way from Captiva island to Key Largo, we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We arrived early but the friendly staff accomodated us with a very spacious 2 bedroom suite (travelling with teens). Although there are some construction works going on at the back, this wasn’t a fun spoiler as we’re early birds. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle bus within the Naples perimeter... would highly recommend this hotel.
