How to Get There
The hotel is really quite beautiful. We had a lake side view on the fourth floor with a balcony. The check in staffer was very friendly and even brought me more towels to my room when I inquired at the desk. This is close to restaurants and a public beach. I really enjoyed my short stay. The only negative I can find is the A/C didn’t quite keep the room cool enough at night. But the closet was ginormous as well as the bathroom. There was a tub and walk in shower on the other side. Great accommodations.
The hotel is a delightful hideaway, just north of Naples, Florida. The beaches nearby were clean and a pleasant experience.
The desk staff, lead by Matt Cooper were extraordinary!
The food was very good, compliments to the kitchen staff. Our service staff was not very hospitable and the menu pricing was odd. We had a burger but you had to pay extra for fries? Throughout the menu, there were up-charges for simple sides for dishes.
We will definitely return because of the hospitality of Matt, the front desk and maintenance staff!
Didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but when we did, we found it comfortable. Room was well appointed with towels, outlets, pillows, coffee machine, lighted mirror, nice large bathroom with huge shower, great water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping was always timely. Would recommend.
Room large, a bit dated but fine...beautiful huge new bathroom. Nice pool area with hot tub, shaded by palm trees. There was an outdoor bar which seemed quite popular (could use some additional landscaping between pool and bar to drown noise and keep bar goers from viewing hot tub. They need to have the towels AT the pool, not at front desk. Guests were mostly older couples.
Hotel lobby is lovely but misleading. Rooms are old. 1990s fake cherry wood furniture and blue and gold color scheme. Feels, smells, and looks like grandma’s house. Not the “luxury” hotel I expected. Mold around shower door, scratchy sheets. Very disappointing.
