How to Get There
If there is something you want to enjoy in a tropical environment, Coconut Plantation in conjunction with the neighboring Hyatt Regency Hotel has it. The close relationship between facilities and amenities between these partners makes for a perfect vacation. Frankly, you can park your car and never leave the grounds and have every want fulfilled right on these adjoining properties, a very special experience that combined is rarely accomplished elsewhere.
Beautiful property with great amenities on site and also access to the Hyatt Regency a courtesy trolly ride or pleasant walk away. Plenty of walking opportunities which we enjoy, including the premium Coconut Point Mall with great stores and a nice variety of restaurants including fine dining. Instant relaxation !
I am an Owner of 2 weeks at the Hyatt Residents club. One main reason I bought into this resort was the ability to access and use the Hyatt Coconut Hotel next door. When I purchased my unit I was told that as owners of the Hyatt Residents Club we could use the pools, restaurants and ferry to beach of the Hyatt Hotel. I am NOW starting to see restrictions on this.. Blackout dates , wrist bands and process of jumping thru hoops to use the Hyatt Hotel. Bait and switch for loyal customers?.. This new policy is probably the tip of the iceberg and has potential to get more restrictive. I spoke with four potential new owners and they were not aware of this evolving policy. Per my conversation This would affect their decision to buy.. future owners need to be aware of this.. The Hyatt Residents otherwise is very nice , however this is a dark cloud that could change the desirability of this resort. Signed loyal owner....
We visit Coconut Plantation for two weeks every year and could not ask for anything more from the resort or staff. Everyone is so itentive and professional. Rae Martinez, the resort manager, does a fantactic job at managing the resort.
We have been coming here for many years as HRC owners. Although we own at other Hyatt resorts, we usually trade them to come back here. Clean well maintained facilities, beautiful grounds, bar and casual restaurant on site, extensive pool complex with lazy river ride, pleasant and helpful staff who respond very promptly to requests, a manager dedicated to serving his guests and owners, and proximity to unlimited restaurant opportunities all make staying here a delight,
