Do not stay, false advertising and amenities not as listed
Kathy S

They advertise pools with slides and private beach. Does not warn you that you have to "reserve " these amenities, on our stay "not available" wasted family short trip and $500
Fake promises of amenities that are not actually available and no information before booking or staying.
Planning on reporting to state regulatory dept on Monday

Great Fun for the Grandkids

The kids played in the pool all day on Sunday. Saturday at the resort it rained all day so it was very nice to be able to stay the full day on Sunday and use the beautiful amenities even though checkout was at 10:00 am. The kids enjoyed seeing the small alligators on property too.

Studio was nice.

We stayed 3 nights in a studio. It had a coffee maker and coffee was provided x1 ... also had fridge and microwave. I asked at the front desk for coffee and was told that it is only provided once..so we bought coffee at the shop in the lobby that had Starbucks coffee .
I am not sure how housekeeping services worked because it seemed like it was hit or miss as far as getting service but did appear like the trash was emptied each day. The grounds are very nice and, we did enjoy the adult pool. We did not take advantage of going to their private
Island, but heard it was nice. Many families with children there.
