Won’t come back

The bed was absolutely awful and uncomfortable. It was so uncomfortable and painful I developed tension headaches and had to take muscle relaxants just to sleep. Basically paid money to not sleep and be in constand pain. Won’t be back.

We had our annual conference here and the property, staff, food, location - just everything was exceptional. You will not be disappointed. The facility was raved by our attendees and staff. I would certainly go back for leisure and business.

Overcharge Nightmare
Reviewed 2 days ago

I had been staying at this hotel for years wih my family. I had little issues once in a while, like AC not working or room not ready, but they were always handled in a timely manner.
The last time I was there the weekend of mothers day even though the hotel was really crowded and we had bad weather, my stay was still relaxing and somewhat pleasant.
The last day after we checked out I noticed the hotel did not split the room charge as we had indicated and it was all charged to one card, so I called the hotel, I was instructed to send a fax the next day with the request and I did. Soon after, I saw the new charges split between my cc and my sister’s 50-50, but I had not seen a credit for the original charge. I let a couple of days by and called the hotel. I could not get someone on the phone who understands my request, I asked to speak with a manager but she did not understand it either and everyone kept telling me they needed to speak with the accounting department to understand what was done. Something so simple as splitting the room charge became a nightmare. Multiple calls and emails, a month later my issue was resolved. I spent so much time on this and it was so frustrating that I really would think three times before going back there. I believe everyone wants to end their vacations with a peace of mind. I was extremely disapponted with the handling of my issue and the poor customer service from the hotel. Nobody seems to care that much after tou leave the hotel. And I actually never got to speak with the hotel manager, other people spoke on his behalf. I am sorry to say that this was my bad experience with this property, I hope this helps other people in any way.

Fun Family Resort in Quiet Area

The property is very well maintained with great aquatic offerings for families. We enjoyed the lazy river setup which included a lazy river, two 'racing' slides and a slide for tubing. The property also had plenty of food options which all provided excellent service and good food. The private beach located on a small strip accessed via boat from the property's marina was also great. The beach had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Overall this is a fun property.
