Great experience!

I enjoyed it because it's small, luxurious and very quiet hotel. Service was great. I loved the underground disco, it had a karaoke and the experience was so fun we stayed there many hours. Music was great. The spa and gym were great.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff!

My friend and I just visited Oaxaca and really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. They really pay attention to details. The food was delicious at the restaurant as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms but could learn more about customers service from the management part

Very beautiful hotel and decor. We had an amazing night in the room, I was super comfortable even though I was sick that night. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. The bed is incredible and the Smart TV is a nice addition. The bathroom is also great with good shower and awesome bathtub. Room service was available and fast and all the service employees were really nice, friendly and professional. Cleaning impeccable.

On another note, we reserved this room for the end of our trip to Oaxaca, especially for the bathtub. When we got there, we entered the room and noticed there was no tub in the room they had reserved for us. We showed our reservation which clearly stated there was a bathtub with jetters to the hotel staff. The staff was very friendly and the girl at reception tried to help us but her hands were tied as the manager said it was the wrong room. We paid a decent price for this room already and they were asking for more to change to the room we actually reserved according to the booking site. The mistake was made by the hotel team and when the manager finally came to see us after we argued for a while, he refused to own the business' mistake, even with proof in our hands. We finally settled for a the room upgrade but they had to take away our breakfast to do so, which is extremely petty of them. This is a basic customers service failure, especially given that the hotel was almost empty and the type of room we thought we reserved was available. We also work in hospitality and can honestly say that the manager onsite had a lot to learn about customers service and false advertising rules.
