How to Get There
At the end of November we had 10 days at Sultan Gardens to celebrate my 21st Birthday. This was our 10th visit, and the main reason we always return is the service and luckily enough, this has not changed at all.
All the staff was amazing and made me feel so special for my Birthday. It was so nice to go back after three years and so many off the staff still be there and remember us!!
Food is always fantastic and varied, all your chefs are helpful, polite and keen to please, also, the birthday cake that was made for me was incredible!! Special thanks must go to Chef Hany and Chef Mohamed, who always ensures we have enjoyed our meal and happy with the food. We also had the opportunity to have a tour of the kitchen which gave us an insight to how many hard-working staff there are behind the scenes!
There are many people who make our holiday as special as it was, one of these being Lofty. You must ensure you never lose his service, he has a natural authority and an incredible way of ensuring an efficient service. He is always ensuring that we are happy and that there is anything he can do to make it even better!
One person in particular is the reason we come back time after time and that is Said. Words are not sufficient to explain how much we appreciate Said. He always puts in so much effort and makes our holiday.
There are many more staff in the Restaurant which are very hard working, so a big thank you to Momen, Ahmed(Rugby Player), Ayman, Mohmed and Waled.
Ibrahiem at the main pool bar is brilliant, always bringing us drinks to the lounges and making lovely cocktails. Marous at the bar and Casa Mia is also a brilliant member of staff, always smiling and happy to help. Motawea at the beach is also brilliant! Always smiling and walking round the beach to make sure everyone is okay and happy. He also makes the best King Tuts.
The animation team are incredible, there is always something to do and they work very hard. Marco, Alex, Ramy and Moose in particular continuously kept us entertained and laughing!
The rooms are always really clean, and the cleaning staff are really polite. Not sure of his name but our cleaner also made me feel very special on my birthday with flowers all over the bed!
One last massive thankyou to Mohamed who looks after the pool and beach. Mohamed is, without a doubt, the backbone of this area, he oozes authority without trying, you cannot afford to lose him. He knows all the guests and ensures that everything is perfect for them!
Sayed is a strong support to Mohamed, always courteous and helpful. All of the lifeguards are also super smiley and helpful, especially Hussien!
Also, If anyone in the UK is interested in how we got to Sharm we drove to Folkestone, caught the Chunnel to France, drove to Ostend and then flew direct to Sharm. Seems like a lot of travelling but it is definitely worth it in the end!
Thankyou for another amazing visit and can’t wait to come back next year x
I stayed for 3 nights at Sultan Gardens Resort in a sea-facing room. We had a wonderful stay. The food was delicious. The beach was really good. And the swimming pools were also very good. Sultan Garden also had a lot of activities right through the day. The property is really huge and has a lot of rooms with different views. I recommend staying at this hotel. The only issue was we had to walk a lot from one place to the other inside the resort. Although they had a taf-taf bus from the beach to the lobby, it was infrequent, resulting in us walking a lot and getting tired.
We had a great vacation in this hotel. The check in was fast and easy. Very helpful, friendly, polite staff, room comfortable. There was a great and varied choice of delicious food.
Special mention for Mostafa Kamel at Tiran bar for his warming humor and nice service.
Many thanks Ahmed Morsy at Oasis bar. We had a wonderful time. We stayed in the room 409 ( 8 - 22 November), many thanks to Ibrahim Rizk for keeping our room so clean and tidy.
We had two amazing weeks and we will definetely go back.
Today is my 4th day in here (5 still left). I am happy in this hotel. A lot of things to do, a lot of places to go.
We didn't like our first room, becouse of the construction work noises. But there were no problem to change it. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Here are different kind of pools. Some of them are for family's, some just for adults.
Food is good.
I like the beach also. Having nice snorkeling views.
Add a foto from my balkony 😍
I have lost count of which trip this was to Sultan Gardens, but was my first trip solo, and first for 3 years. Had a wonderful time as always, staff can’t do enough to help you and ensure you have a great time, special mention for Sabry at Al Shalal bar, Egypt’s best and most dedicated barman!
I was pretty much the only British guest there for part of my stay which is such a shame due to an unnecessary flight ban still in place, although I found the two flight trip via Turkish airlines through Istanbul no trouble at all.
Food experience remains of the highest standard, rooms cleaned to a high standard daily, and the resort continues to improve already outstanding facilities and infrastructure since my last visit.
Already looking to book a family trip in Easter 2019, can’t wait to come back.
