Excellent in every way!

I have never stayed at this hotel before and was nervous about my three-week stay in Seoul. But I knew I would be comfortable here as soon as I checked in. I took an overnight flight from NY and arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am. I didn't expect to be able to check in to my room this early. I just wanted to drop my luggage off at the front desk to hold, change and have breakfast before heading to my meeting. When I informed the front desk of my intention, the clerk said "But you must be so tired from your flight. Let me see if there is any way for me to find you a room now", and he did. For the next 20 days or so, I was greeted by friendly smiles every time I walked in and out of this hotel. Every staff member was sincere and was eager to make your stay pleasant.
My room was always clean with comfortable bed and temperature. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the club lounge offers afternoon tea service. I loved my stay and can not wait to go back!

The Perfect Hotel to Stay at in Seoul with undoubtedly one of the best buffet restaurants

Spent a week at this gigantic hotel in Seoul and was really pleasantly impressed. The welcome was professional and was given a really nice room with a view and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is really expansive and there are a variety of restaurants on site which makes it very convenient for a busy traveler like myself. The food is spectacular and would recommend the evening buffet at the Chefs Pallet resturant. Look out for the waiter Jimmy who is such a darling and always ready to assist and attend to you at beacons call. Had a most relaxing stay at this hotel and will definitely return with family for a holiday soon as this was more of a work trip. Very highly recommended hotel in Seoul!

I was staying here 3days for my biz trip and I have been having good memories of this hotel that used to Ritz caltons
but I will have to write this complain memo on here since I was given the worst service here.
You can see 2 water stain photos that was taken different day which means they didn’t clean up the room even I asked to staff in person because i didn’t want them get pressure from their boss.
They moved me to other room at mid night without my luggage and talked me luggage will be my new room 10 am so that I can prepare the leaving but it wasn’t happening so i needed to move to previous room for shower.
And now no staff came to me for sorry
